Ya sea como <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/categor\u00eda\/mezze-rezepte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mezze<\/a> o como simple <strong>plato principal<\/strong>, sin duda tienes que probar esta colorida <strong>ensalada de pan<\/strong>. Tampoco tienes que invertir mucho tiempo en ello, ya que puedes preparar la <strong>ensalada vegana<\/strong> <strong>r\u00e1pidamente<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Fattoush?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El fattoush es una <strong>ensalada de colores<\/strong> con <strong>trocitos de pita<\/strong>, por lo que tambi\u00e9n se conoce como <strong>ensalada de pan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se dice que la ensalada tiene su origen en las regiones rurales del L\u00edbano, donde los campesinos desmenuzaban pan <strong>duro<\/strong> sobre las verduras <strong>frescas<\/strong> o las fre\u00edan en <strong>aceite de oliva<\/strong> para darles m\u00e1s sabor. Como para la ensalada se utilizan verduras <strong>de temporada<\/strong>, los ingredientes pueden variar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En general, el fattoush es una colorida ensalada mixta perfecta para la primavera y el verano. Pero lo que hace especial al fattoush son los <strong>crujientes<\/strong> trocitos de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/pan-de-pita-liban%c3%a9s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pan<\/a> frito.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nombre <em>fattoush<\/em> tambi\u00e9n procede del t\u00e9rmino \u00e1rabe <em>fitt<\/em>, que <em>significa desgarrar<\/em>. Se refiere al desgarro o rotura del pan plano. Su mirada se volvi\u00f3 un poco p\u00e9trea cuando mi hermana le dijo que iba a ser <strong>fattoush<\/strong> y no <strong>tabul\u00e9<\/strong>. \u00ab\u00bfQu\u00e9 es fatsch?\u00bb, pregunt\u00f3 horrorizada. \u00abFatsch no, fattoush. Es una ensalada <strong>mixta<\/strong> \u00ab, respondi\u00f3 mi hermana. \u00ab\u00bfCon tomates?\u00bb, pregunt\u00f3, porque le encantan los tomates.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para su deleite, el Fattoush tambi\u00e9n contiene <strong>tomate<\/strong>, pero mucho m\u00e1s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lechuga romana<\/strong> crujiente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>r\u00e1banos<\/strong> rosas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pimientos<\/strong> de colores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pepinos<\/strong> frescos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolletas<\/strong> suaves <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>verdolaga<\/strong> fresca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>hierbas fres<\/strong>cas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lim\u00f3n \u00e1cido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Especias<\/strong> arom\u00e1ticas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buen <strong>aceite de oliva<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pan plano rancio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La verdolaga<\/strong> se parece mucho a los can\u00f3nigos, pero tiene hojas mucho m\u00e1s carnosas y un sabor ligeramente <strong>a nuez<\/strong>. Por desgracia, la verdolaga no est\u00e1 disponible en todas partes ni en todo momento. Por eso a veces utilizo los can\u00f3nigos, m\u00e1s ins\u00edpidos, como alternativa.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-crujientes-de-zumaque-y-pan\">Crujientes de zumaque y pan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El <strong>ali\u00f1o<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n contiene un ingrediente especial: <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/zumaque-especia-de-mesa-del-levantamiento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">el zumaque<\/a>. Si has le\u00eddo algunas de mis otras recetas, probablemente te hayas encontrado antes con esta<strong>especia<\/strong>. Su sabor ligeramente <strong>\u00e1cido<\/strong> y <strong>agrio<\/strong> confiere a la ensalada su sabor inconfundible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-algunos-consejos-para-una-ensalada-sensacional\">Algunos consejos para una ensalada sensacional<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si no te gusta tan grasiento, tambi\u00e9n puedes tostar el pan plano en el <strong>horno<\/strong>. P\u00edntalo con un poco de aceite para que quede bien crujiente. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfNo sabes c\u00f3mo comer la ensalada? Haz como mi sobrina: coge los tomates de la ensalada y col\u00f3calos sobre las crujientes rebanadas de pan plano. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfTienes en casa un buen <strong>sirope de granada<\/strong>?
