El bulgur absorbe el agua. Pero digamos que te invitan a una barbacoa con amigos, entonces la ensalada turca de bulgur es el regalo perfecto para el buf\u00e9 o para cumplea\u00f1os u otras celebraciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes preparar la ensalada <strong>con un d\u00eda de antelaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y guardarla en la nevera. El sabor se resentir\u00eda y la consistencia ser\u00eda simplemente un poco m\u00e1s blanda. Por ello, es mejor disfrutar del Kisir lo m\u00e1s <strong>fresco<\/strong> posible.
