Se elabora con yogur rico en grasa, pepino, ajo y un poco de eneldo. El pepino rallado aporta una frescura incre\u00edble al tzatziki y da a la salsa su sabor caracter\u00edstico.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escurrir <strong>el pep<\/strong>ino: El \u00faltimo paso es colocar el pepino en un pa\u00f1o y exprimir toda el agua posible. Para ello, se envuelve bien la tela. La base de un tzatziki tradicional es, por supuesto, <strong>yogur griego<\/strong> o yogur cremoso con un contenido graso de al menos <strong>el 10%<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es especialmente cremosa y, gracias a su alto contenido en grasa, tambi\u00e9n tiene un sabor particularmente intenso. Pero no s\u00f3lo el contenido de grasa es decisivo. Pero con algunas peque\u00f1as cosas puedes llevarlo a un nivel superior o darle tu propio toque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ajo<\/strong>: Debes machacarlo lo m\u00e1s finamente posible: haz de \u00e9l una aut\u00e9ntica pasta. Puedes rallarlo finamente con un rallador, machacarlo en un mortero o infusionar el ajo con sal. S\u00f3lo necesitas un poco para la <strong>receta original de tzatziki<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eneldo:<\/strong> De nuevo, s\u00f3lo recomiendo una peque\u00f1a cantidad de eneldo fresco. Utiliza s\u00f3lo las hojas tiernas y alargadas. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vinagre de vino blanco:<\/strong> Un poco de acidez es esencial en un dip. Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar un poco de <strong>zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite<\/strong> de oliva: Roc\u00eda el tzatziki con un buen chorro de aceite de oliva antes de servirlo.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Especias como aderezo<\/strong>: Dependiendo de la direcci\u00f3n que quiera tomar su tzatziki, tambi\u00e9n puede aderezarlo con diversas especias. Para darle un toque picante, recomiendo, por ejemplo, los copos de guindilla.
