Las aceitunas inmaduras son <strong>verdes<\/strong> y se caracterizan por una carne firme y un aroma intenso y picante, mientras que las aceitunas maduras se <strong>oscurecen<\/strong> y desarrollan un sabor suave y con cuerpo. En mi opini\u00f3n, sus caracter\u00edsticas arom\u00e1ticas y firmes la convierten en una aceituna ideal para preparar tapenade de aceitunas.<\/p>\n\n<p>As\u00ed que mi recomendaci\u00f3n es bastante clara: utilice aceitunas Kalamata para su tapenade, \u00fantelo en un trozo de baguette crujiente y del\u00e9itese con tomates frescos, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tipps-zur-aufbewahrung-und-haltbarkeit\">Consejos para el almacenamiento y la conservaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n<p>Si no quieres servir y comer tu pasta de aceitunas casera inmediatamente, te recomiendo guardarla en un tarro bien cerrado en la nevera despu\u00e9s de prepararla.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Simplemente lavo muy bien los tarros de verduras en escabeche y luego los relleno con tapenade de aceitunas u otras salsas y cremas, como <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/humus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/baba-ghanoush-crema-de-berenjena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baba ghanoush<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/queso-fresco-liban%c3%a9s-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">labneh<\/a>. No siempre es necesario comprar las caras cajas de frescura.<\/p>\n\n<p>La tapenade terminada puede conservarse en el frigor\u00edfico durante aproximadamente una semana, o incluso hasta dos semanas en condiciones \u00f3ptimas. Ya sea como aperitivo o como guarnici\u00f3n de platos principales, no le defraudar\u00e1. Pero preste mucha atenci\u00f3n a la calidad de los ingredientes, especialmente de las aceitunas, ya que es crucial para el sabor.
