Estos dos ingredientes principales no s\u00f3lo est\u00e1n llenos de vitaminas y minerales, sino que tambi\u00e9n dan a la salsa su textura caracter\u00edstica y, por supuesto, su sabor inconfundible.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pero, para ser sinceros, el dip no es una comida que se deba tomar todos los d\u00edas, ya que contiene mucha grasa. Vayamos al grano: En realidad no importa cu\u00e1l elijas. Pero ambos tienen algunas ventajas y desventajas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Las espinacas frescas tienen una textura ligeramente m\u00e1s firme y un sabor m\u00e1s intenso que las congeladas. As\u00ed que si te encanta el sabor de las espinacas frescas y no te importa un poco m\u00e1s de trabajo, opta por las espinacas frescas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Las espinacas congeladas suelen ser m\u00e1s baratas que las frescas y est\u00e1n disponibles todo el a\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s, las espinacas congeladas son f\u00e1ciles de racionar y pueden utilizarse directamente del congelador, mientras que las frescas s\u00f3lo pueden conservarse unos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de su compra. Son uno de los ingredientes principales de la salsa y puede elegir entre corazones de alcachofa en conserva o en tarro y corazones de alcachofa frescos.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Los corazones de alcachofa en conserva est\u00e1n disponibles todo el a\u00f1o. La ventaja, por supuesto, es que est\u00e1n listos para usar y no hay que hacer nada m\u00e1s con ellos.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sin embargo, si prefiere los corazones de alcachofa frescos, debe tener en cuenta que var\u00edan m\u00e1s en sabor y textura que la versi\u00f3n en conserva. Las alcachofas frescas pueden requerir un poco m\u00e1s de trabajo, ya que hay que limpiarlas y cocerlas antes de poder utilizarlas.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Personalmente, siempre opto por las alcachofas en vinagre de bote.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rezept-und-zubereitung\">Receta y preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n<p>Los ingredientes est\u00e1n claros. Ahora vamos a continuar con la preparaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil de la salsa de espinacas y alcachofas. B\u00e1sicamente, hay 4 pasos principales que debe dar:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precalienta el horno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparar los ingredientes, como las espinacas y los corazones de alcachofa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcla los ingredientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vorbereiten-der-zutaten\">Preparaci\u00f3n de los ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n<p>Siempre que cocino, preparo todos los ingredientes con antelaci\u00f3n para luego poder procesarlos simplemente. Para m\u00ed, una buena preparaci\u00f3n es lo m\u00e1s importante. Esto tambi\u00e9n se aplica a la salsa de espinacas y alcachofas, por supuesto.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Espinacas y alcachofas<\/strong>: Lo mejor es empezar por las espinacas y los corazones de alcachofa. As\u00ed podr\u00e1s mezclarlo mejor con los dem\u00e1s ingredientes y todo se extender\u00e1 mucho mejor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajo y chalota<\/strong>: Pelar y picar finamente ambos. Ahora s\u00f3lo tienes que mezclar todos los ingredientes y hornear. Pero primero lo tuesto todo brevemente. Esto a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s sabor, \u00a1me encantan los sabores tostados!<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Empezar con el ajo y la chalota. Basta con a\u00f1adir un poco de aceite de oliva a una sart\u00e9n y fre\u00edr los dos ingredientes hasta que est\u00e9n ligeramente transl\u00facidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir las espinacas finamente picadas. Ahora vuelve a perder l\u00edquido. Rehogar las espinacas en la sart\u00e9n hasta que la mayor parte del l\u00edquido se haya evaporado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ahora a\u00f1ade la alcachofa a la sart\u00e9n. Sin embargo, s\u00f3lo hay que fre\u00edrlos brevemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1ada el resto de la salsa de espinacas y alcachofas a la sart\u00e9n. Reduzca el fuego y a\u00f1ada el queso crema, la mozzarella, la crema agria, la mayonesa y la mitad del parmesano. Y ahora \u00e9chalo todo por la borda y da rienda suelta a tu creatividad.
