Tambi\u00e9n tiene siempre algunos consejos sobre el adobo y el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n adecuados para el cordero. Pero con mi receta para asar chuletas de cordero a la parrilla, seguro que quedar\u00e1n jugosas y tiernas.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-marinade-fur-lammkoteletts\">Adobo para chuletas de cordero<\/h2>\n\n<p>Puedes comprar carne adobada en la carnicer\u00eda. Pero no sabes lo que hay dentro. Puede ser especialmente peligroso en caso de alergia. Por eso te aconsejo que hagas t\u00fa mismo el adobo para las chuletas. Las <strong>hierbas fres<\/strong> cas como el tomillo, el romero, el or\u00e9gano, el cilantro o la menta combinan bien con esto. Pero <strong>especias<\/strong> como el comino, el cilantro, el <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/zumaque-especia-de-mesa-del-levantamiento\/\">zumaque<\/a>, la guindilla o la canela tambi\u00e9n son fant\u00e1sticas. A veces basta con un peque\u00f1o pellizco.<\/p>\n\n<p>Por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar mezclas ya preparadas, como <strong>hierbas de Provenza<\/strong>, <strong>hierbas italianas<\/strong> o <strong>condimento para cordero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si te gusta la carne especialmente tierna, a\u00f1ade <strong>zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/strong> fresco a la marinada. El \u00e1cido hace que la carne quede blanda como la mantequilla.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-lange-soll-das-fleisch-marinieren\">\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo debe marinarse la carne?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Para que el adobo impregne bien la carne, \u00a1no hagas poca cantidad! A continuaci\u00f3n, deja marinar el cordero en el frigor\u00edfico <strong>entre 12 y 24 horas<\/strong>. Si no tienes tanto tiempo, entonces al menos <strong>4 horas<\/strong>. S\u00f3lo el adobo necesita m\u00e1s tiempo para impregnarse. La <strong>temperatura central<\/strong> del <strong>cordero<\/strong> debe estar entre <strong>55-65 \u00b0C<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rosa oscuro<\/strong> (poco hecho): <strong>55-60 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rosa claro<\/strong> (medio): <strong>61-64 \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bien <strong>hecho<\/strong>: <strong>65+ \u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>El tiempo de cocci\u00f3n de las chuletas de cordero depende un poco de tu parrilla y de si utilizas una parrilla de carb\u00f3n o de gas. Si utilizas una parrilla <strong>de carb\u00f3n<\/strong>, aseg\u00farate de esparcir un poco menos de carb\u00f3n por el borde de la parrilla para que haya una distribuci\u00f3n <strong>directa<\/strong> del calor en el centro y una distribuci\u00f3n <strong>indirecta<\/strong> del calor en el borde. Tengo una barbacoa de gas en mi balc\u00f3n. Tiene una gran superficie de calor directo y una rejilla de calor indirecto, ideal para reposar la carne.<\/p>\n\n<p>Asa las chuletas de cordero durante <strong>aprox. 1-2 minutos<\/strong> a fuego alto y <strong>directo<\/strong> y luego ponlas a <strong>fuego indirecto<\/strong> durante <strong>4-5 minutos<\/strong> para que reposen. A continuaci\u00f3n, aspira lentamente y los jugos de la carne se asientan de nuevo. Si no est\u00e1s seguro de si la carne ha alcanzado el punto de cocci\u00f3n deseado, puedes simplemente cortarla y probarla. Utilices el que utilices, \u00a1cali\u00e9ntalo bien! Porque a las chuletas les gusta que se asen calientes. Esto crea unos fant\u00e1sticos sabores tostados y la grasa empieza a derretirse: no hay nada m\u00e1s arom\u00e1tico que esto.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enjuaga las chuletas de cordero y s\u00e9calas bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pela y pica el ajo y ponlo en un bol con el aceite de oliva, el romero y la sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade las chuletas de cordero y m\u00e9zclalo todo bien para que la marinada se adhiera a la carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cubre el cuenco con film transparente y d\u00e9jalo marinar unas horas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calienta la barbacoa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unta de nuevo las chuletas de cordero con la marinada por todos los lados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asa las chuletas de cordero a fuego fuerte hasta que adquieran un sabor asado y luego col\u00f3calas en la zona de fuego indirecto para terminar la cocci\u00f3n. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
