S\u00f3lo tienes que marinar los trozos de pollo, colocarlos en la bandeja y hornearlos hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta <strong>receta de pollo<\/strong> no s\u00f3lo es una estupenda <strong>fuente de horno<\/strong> para todos los d\u00edas, sino tambi\u00e9n para ocasiones especiales o grupos grandes. Puedes ampliarlo f\u00e1cilmente para varias personas, a\u00f1adir el adobo y dar sabor a un pollo entero. Ponlo todo en una bolsa o cuenco de congelaci\u00f3n y t\u00e1palo. Despu\u00e9s, el pollo puede marinarse bien en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfNo te gusta el cilantro? Para algunos, la hierba verde sabe a jab\u00f3n, para m\u00ed no. \u00a1Me encanta el cilantro fresco! Pero, por supuesto, la receta del pollo al lim\u00f3n puede variarse y adaptarse como se desee. Por supuesto, lo mejor es <strong>dejarla toda la noche<\/strong>, ya que as\u00ed queda muy sabrosa. Pero si no tienes tanto tiempo, d\u00e9jalo reposar <strong>entre 30 y 60 minutos<\/strong>. Durante este tiempo, el pollo tambi\u00e9n absorbe el adobo, pero s\u00f3lo superficialmente y no tan intensamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras se asa, puedes pincelar el pollo con el resto de la marinada una y otra vez. Pica el ajo y el cilantro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcla el aceite, la pasta de ajo y cilantro, la ralladura y el zumo de lim\u00f3n, las especias, la sal y la pimienta para hacer un adobo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide los muslos de pollo en muslos superiores e inferiores y d\u00e9jalos marinar durante al menos <strong>30 minutos<\/strong> (yo recomiendo unas <strong>4 horas<\/strong> o <strong>toda la noche<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornea el pollo a 200\u00b0C calor arriba\/abajo durante unos <strong>25 minutos<\/strong> y luego \u00e1salo <strong>5 minutos<\/strong> con la funci\u00f3n grill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sirve el pollo al lim\u00f3n con pan plano liban\u00e9s y tabul\u00e9 o pur\u00e9 de patatas, por ejemplo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Este <strong>plato para horno<\/strong> es muy f\u00e1cil: puedes preparar la receta de pollo en <strong>10 minutos<\/strong> y cocinarlo en <strong>30 minutos<\/strong>. Utilic\u00e9 <strong>muslos de pollo<\/strong> para nuestro pollo al lim\u00f3n porque as\u00ed se pueden hacer raciones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los trozos de pollo necesitan <strong>unos 30 minutos<\/strong> en el horno precalentado a <strong>200 \u00b0C calor arriba\/abajo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTe gustar\u00eda cocinar de forma sostenible y ahorrar algo de electricidad? Entonces ah\u00f3rrate el precalentamiento y mete la bandeja en el horno inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de hornearla. Esto s\u00f3lo alarga el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n unos minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieres asegurarte de que la carne no se seca demasiado, te aconsejo que utilices un term\u00f3metro. La temperatura central de los muslos de pollo es de unos <strong>80-85 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Con la <strong>pechuga de<\/strong> pollo son unos grados menos: <strong>75-80 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Cuando se alcanza el nivel de cocci\u00f3n, empieza a pitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPero <strong>no<\/strong> tienes un term\u00f3metro a mano? Hay otra forma de comprobar si la carne est\u00e1 cocida: con la<strong>\u00abprueba del jugo<\/strong>\u00ab. Para ello, corta una zona gruesa de grasa en el muslo: si los jugos salen claros, el pollo al lim\u00f3n est\u00e1 listo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-consejos-y-trucos-para-una-carne-suculenta-y-una-piel-crujiente\">Consejos y trucos para una carne suculenta y una piel crujiente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 a todo el mundo le gusta tanto el pollo? \u00a1Claramente por la <strong>piel<\/strong> picante y crujiente! Vale, los deportistas tienden a prescindir de ella y se conforman con la <strong>pechuga de<\/strong> pollo, \u00a1pero tambi\u00e9n les encanta! Esto se debe a que el contenido prote\u00ednico de la carne es muy elevado y te mantiene saciado durante mucho tiempo. De vuelta a la piel crujiente&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sazona el pollo por todos los lados. Se carameliza con el calor y el pollo queda bien crujiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para una carne especialmente suculenta, col\u00f3cala en una fuente de horno y retira la tapa s\u00f3lo unos minutos antes de que termine la cocci\u00f3n. Und weil es in der orientalischen K\u00fcche auch um Geselligkeit geht, genie\u00dfe ich das Essen am liebsten mit
