Mi abuela nunca hizo uno, al menos nunca cuando yo estaba all\u00ed. Y hay mucho donde elegir: de caro a barato, sostenible o convencional, latas peque\u00f1as y grandes y en aceite o en su propio jugo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 <strong>at\u00fan<\/strong> debes elegir? Siempre recomiendo utilizar la mejor <strong>calidad<\/strong> y s\u00f3lo la cantidad que realmente necesites. Ya he estropeado una o dos mayonesas al hacer la m\u00eda. Pero si compras todos los ingredientes seg\u00fan la receta, la preparaci\u00f3n es realmente f\u00e1cil y puedes hacer t\u00fa mismo la ensalada de at\u00fan r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cilmente. Si has hecho la ensalada fresca y a\u00fan te sobra algo o has hecho 2 raciones directamente, se conservar\u00e1 aprox. <strong>1-2 d\u00edas<\/strong> en el frigor\u00edfico si est\u00e1 bien envuelta.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, si ha estado medio d\u00eda en la mesa sin enfriarse para desayunar, desaconsejar\u00eda guardar el resto para el d\u00eda siguiente. Por desgracia, el pescado y la mayonesa son muy susceptibles a las bacterias y pueden causar problemas estomacales.
