Sin embargo, es importante que utilices un aceite de oliva con un <strong>punto de humo alto<\/strong>, ya que la freidora de aire caliente se calienta adecuadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar otros aceites, como <em>el de coco, soja, aguacate<\/em> o <em>pepitas de uva<\/em>. Sin embargo, el coco tiene un fuerte sabor propio y no lo recomiendo necesariamente con romero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-patatas-al-romero-de-la-freidora-de-aire-caliente-como-prepararlas\">Patatas al romero de la freidora de aire caliente &#8211; c\u00f3mo prepararlas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La preparaci\u00f3n de esta receta es tan sencilla que a los que no les gusta cocinar estar\u00e1n encantados. Ni siquiera crea un gran desorden en la cocina: s\u00f3lo necesitas una tabla y un cuchillo como materiales de trabajo. Pero no es salvaje y puede ser igual de delicioso: d\u00e9jate inspirar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Romero molido (si no te gustan las agujas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomillo o tomillo lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezclas de hierbas como hierbas italianas o hierbas de Provenza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hierbas y especias ahumadas, como piment\u00f3n en polvo o sal (van especialmente bien con la carne y el pescado)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dientes de ajo (tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar bulbos partidos por la mitad, que luego podr\u00e1s exprimir)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes encontrar a\u00fan m\u00e1s ideas en la <strong>receta<\/strong> de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/patatas-fritas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">patatas asadas<\/a> crujientes y <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/patatas-fritas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">doradas<\/a>. Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizarlo si quieres hacer patatas al romero en el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se consiguen unas patatas asadas especialmente crujientes?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de tu freidora de aire, puede que no quepan todas las patatas a la vez en la cesta. Es mejor hacer varias raciones, porque si la cesta est\u00e1 demasiado llena, el aire no puede circular correctamente y las patatas no quedar\u00e1n crujientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes <strong>darles la vuelta<\/strong> a mitad del tiempo de horneado o utilizar la <strong>funci\u00f3n sacudir<\/strong> si quieres asegurarte de que est\u00e1n crujientes por todos los lados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de cubrir las patatas con romero y colocarlas en la airfryer, no olvides el <strong>aceite<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n puedes untarlas con un poco de <strong>mantequilla<\/strong> para darles m\u00e1s color al asarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfUtilizas <strong>papel de horno<\/strong> para que la cesta no se ensucie demasiado? Luego deja unos agujeros para que circule el aire.
