Pero no sin darle un sabor levantino con un ali\u00f1o de crema de baba ghanoush picante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si buscas en Internet recetas de Ensalada de patatas trituradas o <strong>Ensalada de patatas crujientes<\/strong>, te dar\u00e1s cuenta enseguida de que no hay <strong>una sola<\/strong> receta. Por esta raz\u00f3n, di a mi versi\u00f3n un giro completamente diferente. As\u00ed que enseguida tuve claro que quer\u00eda crear mi propia receta de Ensalada de patatas trituradas. Necesitamos mucho calor para conseguir patatas <strong>crujientes<\/strong> y berenjenas <strong>ahumadas<\/strong>. Luego queda bien fresco y crujiente y constituye un delicioso <strong>almuerzo<\/strong> o <strong>cena<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso sabe mejor fresco. Tambi\u00e9n puedes guardarla en el frigor\u00edfico durante <strong>1-2 d\u00edas<\/strong>, pero entonces no quedar\u00e1 crujiente y la ensalada de patata aplastada no tendr\u00e1 un aspecto especialmente apetitoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-combina-bien-con-la-ensalada-de-patata\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 combina bien con la ensalada de patata?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n puedes servir la <strong>ensalada de patatas crujientes<\/strong> con una <strong>barbacoa<\/strong>. Entonces podr\u00edas asar primero la berenjena en la <strong>parrilla<\/strong>. All\u00ed adquiere un sabor m\u00e1s intenso y ahumado que en el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y si la barbacoa ya est\u00e1 encendida, tambi\u00e9n puedes poner unas brochetas.
