<strong>cordero liban\u00e9s confitado<\/strong> en una sart\u00e9n caliente, luego un par de huevos encima y directamente al plato con pan plano, tomates y pepinillos.\nS\u00faper sencillo, s\u00faper sabroso.\nY, por supuesto, mi madre ha creado su propia receta.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-el-awarma\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Awarma?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>awarma<\/strong> o <strong>qawarma<\/strong> es un <strong>confitado<\/strong> liban\u00e9s <strong>de cordero<\/strong>. <strong>El cordero<\/strong> se cuece lentamente en <strong>grasa de cordero<\/strong> y luego se conserva.\nEste m\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo hace que la carne <strong>sea<\/strong> especialmente <strong>tierna<\/strong> y <strong>sabrosa<\/strong>, sino <strong>que<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n hace <strong>que se conserve durante mucho tiempo<\/strong> si se guarda en un lugar fresco y oscuro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta es muy antigua y probablemente procede de los aldeanos de las monta\u00f1as, ya que entonces no hab\u00eda frigor\u00edficos ni siquiera supermercados.\nCocinar y conservar era una forma popular de conservar los alimentos&#8230; y tambi\u00e9n esencial para la supervivencia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un poco como la manteca de cerdo alemana que a algunas personas mayores les gusta untar en el pan&#8230; mucha grasa y mucho familiar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ya he dicho, mi madre ha creado su propia <strong>receta de awarma<\/strong>.\nEn lugar de utilizar trozos de cordero, utiliza simplemente <strong>cordero picado<\/strong>.\n\u00c9ste se vuelve especialmente crujiente cuando se deja fuera y, por tanto, tambi\u00e9n es una excelente combinaci\u00f3n con <strong>huevo<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes probar ambas variantes.\nPuedes conseguir el cordero y la grasa de cordero en la carnicer\u00eda.\nTambi\u00e9n puedes pedir que te lo piquen all\u00ed o hacerlo t\u00fa mismo en casa.\nPero no dejes que te vendan cordero, porque si no el sabor ser\u00e1 demasiado intenso.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Canela<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta no necesita muchas especias.\nSin embargo, tambi\u00e9n puedes condimentarla y a\u00f1adir <strong>comino<\/strong>, <strong>cardamomo<\/strong> o un poco de <strong>baharat<\/strong>, por ejemplo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-preparacion\">La preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al preparar el awarma, tambi\u00e9n probamos una versi\u00f3n con <strong>carne picada de ternera<\/strong> y <strong>grasa de ternera<\/strong>.\nEs una alternativa estupenda si el cordero te parece demasiado intenso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una buena carne te garantiza un resultado final sabroso.\nAs\u00ed que no ahorres dinero al comprar carne, sino invierte en <strong>calidad<\/strong>.\nLa disfrutar\u00e1s durante mucho tiempo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez reunidos los cuatro ingredientes, ya est\u00e1s listo.\nLa preparaci\u00f3n es realmente sencilla. tapa puesta y remueve de vez en cuando.\nCuando los trozos de grasa crepitante floten en la superficie, ya est\u00e1 listo. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasa la grasa derretida por un colador fino y retira los a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Aseg\u00farate de no dejar la grasa demasiado caliente, ya que puede haber restos de carne en medio que se quemar\u00e1n.\nEntonces la grasa tomar\u00e1 los sabores quemados y dejar\u00e1 de saber bien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-y-que-haces-ahora-con-el\">\u00bfY qu\u00e9 haces ahora con \u00e9l?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vaya pregunta: \u00a1c\u00f3metela, por supuesto!\nPuedes untarla en una rebanada de pan mientras a\u00fan est\u00e1 fr\u00eda.\nO puedes dejarlo fuera y a\u00f1adir unos <strong>huevos<\/strong> a la sart\u00e9n.\nPero el cordero confitado tambi\u00e9n funciona bien como cobertura para <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/humus\/\">el hummus<\/a> o <a
