Los <strong>wraps vegetarianos<\/strong>se preparan r\u00e1pidamente y llenan much\u00edsimo. Por eso tambi\u00e9n son ideales <strong>para preparar<\/strong> una comida: s\u00f3lo tienes que enrollarlo todo y llevarte los wraps de halloumi en una fiambrera.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-relleno-de-la-envoltura-es-lo-mas-importante\">El relleno de la envoltura es lo m\u00e1s importante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para unos wraps deliciosos, necesitas un buen pan, como <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/pan-de-pita-liban%c3%a9s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">el pan plano liban\u00e9s<\/a>, que tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer t\u00fa mismo. Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar tortillas.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que tienes el pan, s\u00f3lo falta el <strong>relleno<\/strong>. Hoy decid\u00ed hacer wraps de halloumi vegetarianos, as\u00ed que a\u00f1ad\u00ed una buena raci\u00f3n de verduras <strong>de colores<\/strong> al queso del pan. <strong>Pimientos<\/strong>, <strong>calabacines<\/strong> y <strong>cebollas<\/strong> son siempre una buena mezcla y, por supuesto, no puede faltar el <strong>perejil<\/strong> fresco. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-haz-tus-propios-wraps-vegetarianos-rapido-y-facil\">Haz tus propios wraps vegetarianos &#8211; r\u00e1pido y f\u00e1cil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>relleno<\/strong> se remueve brevemente en la sart\u00e9n, se le echa un poco de <strong>nata<\/strong> y luego se mete todo en el <strong>pan plano<\/strong>&#8230; suena f\u00e1cil, \u00bfverdad? Lo es y por eso me gustan tanto los wraps.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los finos panes planos pueden rellenarse y servirse como se desee. El <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/envoltura-de-falafel-con-coliflor-y-berenjena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrap de falafel<\/a> tambi\u00e9n es <strong>un cl\u00e1sico<\/strong> que me gusta picar durante la hora del almuerzo. Pero hoy le toca a los wraps de halloumi, que puedes preparar en unos minutos:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pica y saltea las verduras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corta el halloumi y fr\u00edelo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcla la crema de tahini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dantalo todo en un pan plano, ad\u00f3rnalo con perejil y envu\u00e9lvelo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure
