Estaban crujientes por fuera e incre\u00edblemente jugosos por dentro. La remolacha a\u00f1adida a los garbanzos y las hierbas complementaba las bolitas con un delicioso sabor dulce y terroso. La <strong>receta<\/strong> es muy sencilla.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cual-es-la-diferencia-entre-el-falafel-de-remolacha-y-el-falafel-original\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia entre el falafel de remolacha y el falafel original?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede sonar extra\u00f1o, pero la \u00fanica diferencia con el <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/falafel-receta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafel<\/a> original es la <strong>remolacha<\/strong> a\u00f1adida. PERO: este \u00fanico ingrediente marca toda la diferencia.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sabor del falafel de remolacha es ligeramente distinto, ya que la remolacha confiere naturalmente a las bolas de garbanzos algo de su t\u00edpico sabor dulce y terroso. El falafel tambi\u00e9n adquiere un <strong>color rojizo<\/strong>, pero no esperes que sea rojo brillante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>textura<\/strong> del interior del falafel de remolacha tambi\u00e9n es ligeramente diferente. Yo la describir\u00eda como un poco <strong>carnosa<\/strong>. Definitivamente, tengo que experimentar un poco m\u00e1s con esto y quiz\u00e1 hacer una hamburguesa con \u00e9l alg\u00fan d\u00eda. El falafel es muy jugoso.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-falafel-de-remolacha-estos-son-los-ingredientes\">Falafel de remolacha &#8211; estos son los ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ingredientes son similares a los del original: <strong>garbanzos secos<\/strong>, <strong>ajo<\/strong>, <strong>cebolla<\/strong>, <strong>perejil<\/strong> de hoja plana, <strong>cilantro<\/strong> fresco, <strong>semillas de cilantro<\/strong> y <strong>comino<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de un poco de <strong>sal<\/strong> y <strong>levadura en polvo<\/strong>. Luego se a\u00f1ade <strong>remolacha<\/strong> precocida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-hacer-falafel-jugoso-de-remolacha\">C\u00f3mo hacer falafel jugoso de remolacha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes hacer falafel con remolacha en un abrir y cerrar de ojos con los siguientes pasos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pon los garbanzos<\/strong> en remojo: Para esta receta, necesitar\u00e1s garbanzos secos, que deber\u00e1s poner en remojo en abundante agua durante al menos 12 horas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Haz la masa<\/strong>: Ahora s\u00f3lo tienes que a\u00f1adir todos los ingredientes y picarlos finamente en un robot de cocina o una batidora de mano. La masa no debe quedar demasiado fina, debe tener una textura ligeramente gruesa. Despu\u00e9s de mezclar, la masa debe reposar en el frigor\u00edfico durante 1 hora aproximadamente.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dale forma al falafel de remolacha<\/strong>: Ahora puedes dar forma al falafel. Puedes hacerlo f\u00e1cilmente con las manos. Cuando hayas formado las bolas, puedes presionarlas ligeramente. As\u00ed se crea la forma t\u00edpica.     <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fr\u00ede<\/strong>: Fr\u00ede los falafel en aceite caliente (aprox. 160\u00b0C &#8211; 170\u00b0C) durante unos 4 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n bien crujientes por fuera y s\u00faper jugosos por dentro.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Por qu\u00e9 no hacer una raci\u00f3n doble directamente, ya que se puede <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/congelar-falafel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">congelar el falafel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
