Congelar falafel<\/strong> funciona sin problemas. Aunque las bolitas de garbanzos crujientes suelen comerse enseguida, a veces sobran unas cuantas. \u00bfO quieres preparar los falafel con antelaci\u00f3n y sacarlos directamente del congelador cuando los necesites? No hay problema, s\u00f3lo hay que tener en cuenta algunas cosas. <\/p>\n\n

\u00bfSe puede congelar el falafel?<\/h2>\n\n

La respuesta es \u00a1s\u00ed! Puedes congelar el falafel y guardarlo en el congelador para otra ocasi\u00f3n. Tengo un buen truco sobre c\u00f3mo puedes congelar el falafel para que quede bien guardado sin que se congele junto en el congelador. <\/p>\n\n

En s\u00f3lo 3 pasos: C\u00f3mo congelar correctamente el falafel<\/h2>\n\n

  1. Deja enfriar los falafel<\/strong>: Antes de congelar los falafel, deben estar completamente fr\u00edos. De lo contrario, podr\u00edan formarse en ellos cristales de hielo no deseados debido a la evaporaci\u00f3n del agua. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Congela previamente los falafel<\/strong>: Antes de que desaparezcan definitivamente en el fr\u00edo, debes colocar los falafel unos junto a otros en un plato grande a muy poca distancia unos de otros y luego meter el plato en el congelador durante 1 hora<\/strong> aproximadamente.   3. Congela<\/strong> los falafel: Tras la hora de precongelaci\u00f3n, los falafel est\u00e1n duros y se pueden congelar en una bolsa de congelaci\u00f3n o en una caja de frescor hasta 6 meses<\/strong>. Luego puedes sacarlos individualmente seg\u00fan necesites. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
