Porque la hamburguesa vegetariana sabe a los sabores de Levante. Esponjoso panecillo de brioche, crujientes verduras, crujiente <strong>hamburguesa de falafel <\/strong>y cremosa salsa de tahini: maravillosamente fresca y sabrosa. Nadie puede resistirse.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-hamburguesa-de-falafel\">La hamburguesa de falafel  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No segu\u00ed la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/falafel-receta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">receta original<\/a> de la hamburguesa de falafel, sino que utilic\u00e9 la receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/falafel-de-remolacha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafel de remolacha<\/a>. Con su color rosado y su sabor ligeramente dulce, es una hamburguesa vegana excelente. La remolacha da a la mezcla de falafel un color ligeramente <strong>rosado<\/strong>, que hace que parezca casi carne picada, y es igual de f\u00e1cil darle forma de hamburguesas planas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, se <strong>fr\u00eden<\/strong> en aceite en la <strong>sart\u00e9n<\/strong> hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes. Para m\u00ed, las hamburguesas de garbanzos s\u00f3lo tienen que estar crujientes, pero claro, esto tambi\u00e9n las hace bastante grasientas.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la comida es demasiado pesada para tu est\u00f3mago, tambi\u00e9n puedes preparar simplemente las hamburguesas de falafel en una <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/falafel-de-la-freidora-de-aire-caliente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">freidora de aire caliente<\/a> o en el <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/falafel-del-horno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">horno<\/a>. All\u00ed tambi\u00e9n quedar\u00e1n crujientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A veces, cuando tengo mucha prisa, hago <strong>el<\/strong> doble. Luego meto las hamburguesas de garbanzos sobrantes en <strong>el congelador<\/strong>, porque se pueden <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/congelar-falafel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">congelar<\/a> sin preocuparse. Y as\u00ed siempre tengo algunas a mano para hacer deliciosas hamburguesas de falafel.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prepara-tu-propia-hamburguesa-de-falafel-en-pocos-pasos\">Prepara tu propia hamburguesa de falafel en pocos pasos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguro que tienes a mano los ingredientes b\u00e1sicos para las hamburguesas, \u00bfno? Pues dir\u00edgete al supermercado, donde podr\u00e1s conseguir todos los ingredientes para las hamburguesas de falafel. Cuando est\u00e9s delante de la estanter\u00eda del pan, no utilices los panecillos normales para hamburguesas, sino los <strong>panecillos de brioche<\/strong> extra esponjosos y ligeramente dulces.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debes dejar los garbanzos secos en remojo <strong>toda la noche<\/strong> para poder empezar en cuanto lo hayas comprado todo. Si utilizas garbanzos en conserva, la mezcla de falafel quedar\u00e1 demasiado blanda y no se freir\u00e1 bien.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTienes todo lo que necesitas y has remojado los garbanzos secos en agua? Entonces est\u00e1s listo para empezar: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepara las hamburguesas de falafel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcla la crema de tahini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fr\u00ede las hamburguesas de falafel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuesta los panes de hamburguesa y corta las verduras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monta la hamburguesa de falafel y disfruta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure
