Pero esta <strong>sopa<\/strong> aromatizada <strong>con garbanzos<\/strong> no es s\u00f3lo una receta para saciarte, es aut\u00e9ntica comida reconfortante. Con los sabores de Levante, te calienta por dentro en los d\u00edas fr\u00edos.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sopa-cremosa-con-garbanzos-y-verduras-frescas\">Sopa cremosa con garbanzos y verduras frescas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Soy una gran fan de las sopas y los guisos, ya sea verano o invierno. Hay una sopa para cada estaci\u00f3n. El otro d\u00eda, despu\u00e9s de hacer mi <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/guiso-de-garbanzos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">potaje de garbanzos<\/a>, me di cuenta de que a\u00fan no hab\u00eda creado una <strong>receta de sopa de garbanzos<\/strong>. Por supuesto, ten\u00eda que cambiar eso inmediatamente.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estos son los ingredientes de la sopa cremosa de garbanzos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Garbanzos:<\/strong> Te recomiendo los precocidos de bote, para que no tengas que remojarlos y cocerlos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verduras:<\/strong> El ajo, la cebolla, la zanahoria y la patata son siempre una buena base para una sopa sabrosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Las especias:<\/strong> La canela, el piment\u00f3n, el comino, la pimienta y la sal combinan perfectamente con los garbanzos. A\u00f1ade zumo de lim\u00f3n, tahini, cilantro fresco y caldo de verduras, y la sopa de garbanzos tendr\u00e1 un sabor fresco y sabroso. <br><em>El caldo de verduras sabe mejor fresco. A m\u00ed me gusta hacer un caldo con las verduras sobrantes, que luego congelo para tener siempre una raci\u00f3n a mano. <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cobertura:<\/strong> un poco de cobertura siempre viene bien. con trozos?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta cuesti\u00f3n no carece totalmente de importancia. Algunas sopas saben mejor en pur\u00e9 fino que en trozos peque\u00f1os. Por ejemplo, yo prefiero <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/crema-de-coliflor-con-tahini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la crema de coliflor<\/a> o la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/sopa-de-lentejas-libanesa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sopa de lentejas<\/a> hechas pur\u00e9 hasta que est\u00e9n aterciopeladas, mientras que esta arom\u00e1tica sopa de garbanzos sabe muy bien hecha pur\u00e9 pero tambi\u00e9n con trozos gruesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 sabor te gusta m\u00e1s?
