Ya sea como comida r\u00e1pida o como contribuci\u00f3n a un buf\u00e9 de ensaladas, esta <strong>ensalada oriental con garbanzos<\/strong> no s\u00f3lo tiene un aspecto precioso, sino que tambi\u00e9n sabe maravillosamente sabrosa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ensalada-oriental-de-garbanzos-estos-ingredientes-van-en-el-bol\">Ensalada oriental de garbanzos &#8211; estos ingredientes van en el bol<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuanto m\u00e1s colorida sea la ensalada, m\u00e1s variados ser\u00e1n los nutrientes, y tu cuerpo se alegrar\u00e1 de ello. Necesitas los siguientes ingredientes para esta ensalada oriental con garbanzos:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Garbanzos:<\/strong> mejor precocidos del bote. As\u00ed ahorrar\u00e1s mucho tiempo. Sin embargo, si quieres cocerlos frescos, puedes averiguar c\u00f3mo hacerlo <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/cocer-garbanzos-asi-se-hace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verduras y frutas:<\/strong> las cebollas, los pimientos picudos, los tomates cherry y los granos de granada aportan sabores diferentes que armonizan bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hierbas:<\/strong> el perejil, la menta y el cilantro son las hierbas cl\u00e1sicas de la cocina oriental y tambi\u00e9n se utilizan aqu\u00ed en la ensalada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Las especias:<\/strong> El comino, el piment\u00f3n, la pimienta y la sal a\u00f1aden mucho sabor a la ensalada \u00e1rabe de garbanzos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Queso:<\/strong> para darle un sabor sutil, a\u00f1ade un buen trozo de queso feta a la ensalada. Tambi\u00e9n puedes omitirlo o sustituirlo por una alternativa vegetal si sigues una dieta vegana. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-alino-para-ensalada-de-garbanzos\">Ali\u00f1o para ensalada de garbanzos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El ali\u00f1o de la ensalada oriental de garbanzos se prepara r\u00e1pidamente.
