Lo mejor de todo es que la receta es r\u00e1pida y muy f\u00e1cil. B\u00e1sicamente, es como hacer pasta con pesto y ya tienes lista tu comida para despu\u00e9s del trabajo. Si quieres, incluso puedes modificar muy bien la receta y adaptarla a tus preferencias. De este modo, siempre tendr\u00e1s una nueva experiencia de sabor.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-la-pasta-de-hummus\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la pasta de hummus?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como su nombre indica, la pasta con hummus es un <strong>plato de pasta<\/strong> <strong>con hummus <\/strong>como salsa. En lugar de pesto o salsa de tomate, por ejemplo, se a\u00f1ade hummus cremoso a la pasta y se mezcla con ella. \u00a1Esto la hace realmente cremosa y deliciosa! Si quieres, puedes variar f\u00e1cilmente la receta. Como ves, incluso se puede cocinar muy bien con hummus.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pasta con hummus es un plato <strong>rico en prote\u00ednas<\/strong> gracias a los garbanzos y adem\u00e1s es <strong>vegano<\/strong>. Como la receta es tan r\u00e1pida, es realmente perfecta como comida o cena r\u00e1pida. Qu\u00e9 no se puede hacer con hummus, \u00bfverdad?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-los-ingredientes-de-la-pasta-con-hummus\">Los ingredientes de la pasta con hummus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No necesitas muchos ingredientes para la pasta de hummus y puedes conseguirlos en cualquier supermercado de tu elecci\u00f3n. Si lo prefieres, incluso basta con dos ingredientes: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/receta-de-hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hummus<\/a> y pasta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieres pon\u00e9rtelo muy f\u00e1cil, utiliza hummus ya preparado, \u00a1pero no te lo recomiendo! Sobre todo porque el hummus casero sabe mejor y adem\u00e1s es r\u00e1pido de hacer.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ad\u00ed <strong>cebollas<\/strong> y <strong>tomates secos en aceite <\/strong>a la pasta y luego la adorn\u00e9 con un poco de <strong>perejil<\/strong> y <strong>pi\u00f1ones<\/strong> reci\u00e9n tostados. Por supuesto, puedes ampliar la receta y a\u00f1adir pimientos, guindilla o tomates cherry frescos y espinacas, por ejemplo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pasta-con-hummus-como-hacerla\">Pasta con hummus: \u00a1c\u00f3mo hacerla!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las razones por las que me gusta tanto la pasta con hummus: \u00a1es muy r\u00e1pida! \u00a1Este plato es la mejor opci\u00f3n cuando tienes mucha hambre! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepara<\/strong> el <strong>hummus<\/strong>: Yo siempre tengo hummus en la nevera, pero sabe mejor fresco. Si tienes un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo, te recomiendo hacer el hummus fresco. Pero, por supuesto, es opcional.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fr\u00ede la cebolla<\/strong>: \u00a1Me encantan los sabores asados! Por eso decid\u00ed a\u00f1adir cebolla al plato y fre\u00edrla. Esto simplemente a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s sabor. A continuaci\u00f3n, puedes a\u00f1adir los tomates secos a la sart\u00e9n. Si quieres, tambi\u00e9n puedes fre\u00edr las cebollas con el aceite de los tomates secos.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuece la pasta<\/strong>: Mientras est\u00e1s ocupado en la sart\u00e9n, puedes poner la pasta en el agua. Aseg\u00farate de conservar parte del agua de la pasta, ya que la necesitar\u00e1s m\u00e1s tarde para hacer la salsa maravillosamente cremosa. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mezcla la pasta<\/strong>: Puedes colar brevemente la pasta cocida y luego mezclarla directamente con los dem\u00e1s ingredientes. No olvides el agua de la pasta, de lo contrario la mezcla ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil y la pasta con hummus no quedar\u00e1 cremosa. Por \u00faltimo, puedes adornar con un poco de perejil y pi\u00f1ones.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
