Todo lo que necesitas es un poco de tiempo para extender la masa finamente. Luego puedes utilizar la pasta filo casera directamente; rellenarla con ingredientes dulces o salados es cosa tuya.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-la-pasta-filo\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la pasta filo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pasta filo es una masa fin\u00edsima que se unta con mantequilla y se pone en capas al preparar un plato. Esta <strong>masa vegana<\/strong> es muy popular en Levante. Pero no s\u00f3lo en Levante, sino tambi\u00e9n en otros pa\u00edses de Oriente Pr\u00f3ximo y partes de los Balcanes. Ya sea <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/baklava-receta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baklava<\/a>, b\u00f6rek o <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/rekak-rollos-de-queso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rekak<\/a>, la pasta filo se utiliza para algunos platos cl\u00e1sicos.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No est\u00e1 claro de qu\u00e9 pa\u00eds procede exactamente la pasta filo (o <strong>pasta filo<\/strong>). Muchos pa\u00edses reclaman para s\u00ed la receta original y no existe una literatura clara al respecto. Como ocurre con tantos platos del Levante, cada regi\u00f3n a\u00f1ade su ingrediente secreto o crea su propia variaci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-punado-de-ingredientes-para-la-pasta-filo-casera\">Un pu\u00f1ado de ingredientes para la pasta filo casera<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer pasta filo t\u00fa mismo, s\u00f3lo necesitas <strong>unos pocos ingredientes<\/strong>, una superficie de trabajo limpia, un rodillo y papel de horno. Estos son b\u00e1sicamente los elementos b\u00e1sicos que todo el mundo tiene en casa si hornea de vez en cuando. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echa un vistazo en el armario de tu cocina para ver si ya tienes los siguientes <strong>ingredientes<\/strong> para hacer tu propia pasta filo en casa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Harina<\/strong>: la harina de trigo tipo 550 es especialmente adecuada para masas el\u00e1sticas. Como alternativa, tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar harina 00 (harina para pizza). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harina de ma\u00edz:<\/strong> es esencial aqu\u00ed para evitar que las capas de masa se peguen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite vegetal:<\/strong> yo he utilizado aceite de colza neutro. Pero tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar un buen aceite de oliva. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vinagre de vino blanco:<\/strong> se a\u00f1ade a la masa para que quede crujiente al hornearla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal:<\/strong> una buena pizca realza el sabor de la masa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Entonces, \u00bftienes todo lo que necesitas o a\u00fan tienes que ir de compras? Si a\u00fan tienes que comprar algo, adelante, porque continuaremos con una breve gu\u00eda para hacer tu propia pasta filo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-haz-tu-propia-pasta-filo-en-5-sencillos-pasos\">Haz tu propia pasta filo en 5 sencillos pasos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A menudo me limito a comprar la masa ya hecha en el supermercado, pero es una de las <strong>recetas b\u00e1sicas<\/strong> de la cocina levantina. Por eso, en alg\u00fan momento tuve que hacer mi propia pasta filo. Y me sorprendi\u00f3 lo sencilla que es la receta y que todo saliera tan bien.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desconfiaba de las finas capas de masa y no estaba segura de si se pegar\u00edan cuando finalmente las extendiera. Pero gracias a la <strong>harina de<\/strong> ma\u00edz, esto no ocurri\u00f3 y pude separar f\u00e1cilmente cada capa de la otra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que no tengas miedo, int\u00e9ntalo.
