Las hojas de parra enrolladas siempre han sido un plato favorito de la familia. Con mi sencilla <strong>receta<\/strong>, <strong>t\u00fa mismo<\/strong> podr\u00e1s preparar f\u00e1cilmente las <strong>hojas de parra<\/strong> enrolladas <strong>.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes-para-las-hojas-de-parra-rellenas-de-carne-picada\">Ingredientes para las hojas de parra rellenas de carne picada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>ingredientes<\/strong> para las <strong>hojas de<\/strong> parra <strong>envueltas<\/strong> son f\u00e1ciles de comprar. Si no encuentras hojas de parra encurtidas, busca en un supermercado <strong>\u00e1rabe<\/strong>, <strong>turco<\/strong> o <strong>griego<\/strong>. Seguro que all\u00ed encuentras lo que buscas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las hojas de parra rellenas de carne picada tambi\u00e9n son muy populares en <em>Grecia<\/em> y <em>Turqu\u00eda<\/em>, as\u00ed como en todo el <em>Levante<\/em> y <em>los Balcanes<\/em>. All\u00ed se llaman <strong>dolmadakia<\/strong> o <strong>sarmasi<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hojas de vid encurtidas en salmuera:<\/strong> o las encurtiste t\u00fa mismo en verano o simplemente las compraste en un supermercado bien surtido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relleno para las hojas de parra:<\/strong> el relleno se hace con cebolla, tomate, arroz de grano redondo, carne picada y las especias canela, sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Llenar la olla:<\/strong> Las patatas, los tomates y los dientes de ajo garantizan que las hojas de parra rellenas no se quemen y tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1aden sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa:<\/strong> Las hojas de parra rellenas de carne picada se cuecen en un caldo de tomate, que sin duda hay que servir con ellas, tan delicioso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-envolver-hojas-de-parra-como-preparar-hojas-de-parra-rellenas-con-carne-picada\">Envolver hojas de parra: c\u00f3mo preparar hojas de parra rellenas con carne picada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando mi madre envuelve hojas de vid, es para <strong>toda la<\/strong> familia. Utiliza la olla m\u00e1s grande que encuentra. El fondo de la olla se forra con rodajas de patata, sobre las que se fr\u00eden rodajas de muslo de ternera, luego las hojas de parra enrolladas y muchas verduras como calabac\u00edn y berenjena.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego se vierte en la olla un caldo de tomate y se deja cocer a fuego lento durante un rato. Hay tanta comida en la olla que podemos comer las hojas de parra rellenas con carne picada y las dem\u00e1s guarniciones durante varios d\u00edas. Sin embargo, yo quer\u00eda hacerlo un poco m\u00e1s sencillo, porque no todas las familias son tan numerosas como la m\u00eda.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para preparar las <strong>hojas de parra rellenas de carne picada<\/strong>, debes seguir los pasos que se indican a continuaci\u00f3n (los pasos se explican con m\u00e1s detalle en la ficha de la receta):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lava las hojas de vid (desaliniza).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepara el relleno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepara las patatas y el ajo para la olla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rellena las hojas de parra con carne picada: Coge la hoja de parra, qu\u00edtale el tallo, coloca el relleno en la parte inferior central, dobla los lados y enr\u00f3llala relativamente apretada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca las hojas de parra rellenas encima de las rodajas de patata en la olla e introduce el ajo entre ellas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verter el caldo de tomate en la cazuela y dejar cocer a fuego lento. Para evitar que las hojas de parra enrolladas se deshagan, puede pesarlas con un plato. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que he omitido casi la mitad de lo que mi madre pone en la olla.
