Este delicado pastel es muy popular en el Levante y all\u00ed se elabora con l\u00e1minas muy finas de pasta filo. Y como la demanda de baklava es cada vez mayor, tambi\u00e9n hay m\u00e1s variaciones, como el <strong>baklava con pasta filo<\/strong>, que yo quer\u00eda probar. Esto se debe a que el az\u00facar no se a\u00f1ade ni a la masa ni al relleno de frutos secos, sino que se vierte generosamente sobre el hojaldre terminado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes ser creativo con el <strong>relleno de frutos secos<\/strong>. A m\u00ed me gusta utilizar anacardos y nueces, pero tambi\u00e9n quedan bien otros frutos secos o semillas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aqu\u00ed tienes los ingredientes de la baklava de hojaldre para esta sencilla receta:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sirope de az\u00facar:<\/strong> az\u00facar, agua y agua de rosas. El agua de naranja tambi\u00e9n es una opci\u00f3n. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relleno de frutos secos:<\/strong> anacardos y nueces. Tambi\u00e9n saben muy bien las almendras, las avellanas o los pistachos. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Baklava:<\/strong> Hojaldre y mantequilla o ghee. Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar alternativas vegetales. En realidad, el baklava se hace con pasta <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/haz-tu-propia-pasta-filo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">filo<\/a>, lo que significa que tienes que untar cada l\u00e1mina de pasta individualmente con <strong>mantequilla<\/strong> o <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/ghee-selber-machen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ghee<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No necesitas hacer esto con el hojaldre porque la mantequilla ya est\u00e1 incorporada. Las distintas capas de hojaldre adquieren todo su esplendor al hornearse. El hojaldre se eleva maravillosamente y se vuelve esponjoso y crujiente.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No necesitas mucho tiempo para preparar el hojaldre de baklava y est\u00e1 listo en unos pocos pasos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n del jarabe<\/strong>: hierve az\u00facar y agua hasta obtener un jarabe y m\u00e9zclalo con agua de rosas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n del relleno de nueces:<\/strong> Tuesta las nueces en una sart\u00e9n y p\u00edcalas finamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparar el baklava es sencillo:<\/strong> coloca el hojaldre en el molde, \u00fantalo con mantequilla, espolvorea con frutos secos, c\u00fabrelo con m\u00e1s hojaldre, c\u00f3rtalo en trozos, horn\u00e9alo hasta que est\u00e9 crujiente, vierte por encima sirope de az\u00facar, deja enfriar y disfruta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>No suena demasiado complicado, \u00bfverdad? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no pruebas ahora mismo esta sencilla receta de baklava?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTe apetecen m\u00e1s <strong>recetas de baklava<\/strong>?
