Es una receta sencilla que resulta incre\u00edblemente sabrosa porque es cremosa, sabrosa y crujiente. Ya sea como plato principal, para picar o como complemento de un buf\u00e9, el <strong>b\u00f6rek relleno de espinacas<\/strong> tiene un sabor fant\u00e1stico y es perfecto para cualquier ocasi\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-borek\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es B\u00f6rek?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El b\u00f6rek<\/strong> es un plato que se prepara con masa de yufka. La forma y el relleno pueden variar. Te pueden servir <em>el<\/em> b\u00f6rek o <em>burek<\/em> envuelto como un caracol, como un trozo de una bandeja o de una cazuela, como un rollo o como un bolsillo. Por ejemplo, yo he rellenado el b\u00f6rek <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/boerek-carne-picada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">con carne picada<\/a> a modo de cazuela.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El relleno, mayoritariamente salado, puede consistir en queso, patatas, carne picada o espinacas y queso feta. Por supuesto, hay otras variaciones y la <strong>receta del b\u00f6rek<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n cambia seg\u00fan la regi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El b\u00f6rek es originario de Turqu\u00eda, pero tambi\u00e9n forma parte de la cocina de algunas zonas de los Balcanes, los pa\u00edses \u00e1rabes y Grecia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-necesitas-estos-sencillos-ingredientes-para-el-borek-con-espinacas\">Necesitas estos sencillos ingredientes para el b\u00f6rek con espinacas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora tambi\u00e9n puedes conseguir b\u00f6rek en varias panader\u00edas. Sin embargo, all\u00ed no sabe tan bien. La masa no es crujiente y el hojaldre suele tener muy poco sabor. As\u00ed que s\u00f3lo hay dos opciones: volar a Turqu\u00eda y darte un fest\u00edn en el sabroso mundo del b\u00f6rek o quedarte en casa y emprender un viaje culinario en tu cocina. Y me refiero a que te pongas el delantal de cocinero y prepares tu propio b\u00f6rek con espinacas.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Necesitar\u00e1s ingredientes que puedes encontrar en cualquier supermercado bien surtido. Para la <strong>versi\u00f3n vegana<\/strong>, basta con sustituir todos los productos l\u00e1cteos por alimentos <strong>vegetales<\/strong>. La masa yufka que necesitas para el b\u00f6rek de espinacas es vegana y puedes ajustar los dem\u00e1s ingredientes en consecuencia.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tienes un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo, tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer t\u00fa mismo la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/masa-yufka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">masa de yufka<\/a>. La masa casera es un poco m\u00e1s el\u00e1stica que la masa ya hecha y podr\u00e1s enrollarla despu\u00e9s m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente en un <strong>caracol B\u00f6rek<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Necesitas los siguientes ingredientes para la salsa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantequilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yogur (10% de grasa)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leche entera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huevo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Y para el B\u00f6rekschnecke:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diente de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hojas de espinaca (congeladas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Queso feta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masa Yufka (masa preparada)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yema de huevo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semillas de comino negro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9samo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes preparar el b\u00f6rek relleno de espinacas con hojas de espinacas <strong>frescas<\/strong> o espinacas tiernas. Sin embargo, debes escaldarlas primero para que pierdan el agua y el b\u00f6rek no quede empapado. A\u00f1ade las espinacas, el ajo y las especias y sofr\u00ede hasta que se evapore el agua. Enrolla el rollo en forma de caracol y a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s rollos de espinacas para formar un caracol grande.
