S\u00f3lo necesitas unos pocos ingredientes y puedes usarla enseguida para hacer platos deliciosos y crujientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-la-masa-yufka\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la masa yufka?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>masa yufka<\/strong> es una masa fina hecha con harina, agua, aceite y sal. Tambi\u00e9n hay recetas de masa yufka sin aceite, que son m\u00e1s tradicionales. Sin embargo, me parece que la masa se vuelve un poco m\u00e1s el\u00e1stica y no se rompe tan r\u00e1pidamente cuando se le a\u00f1ade un poco de aceite.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La masa yufka tiene su origen en <em>Turqu\u00eda<\/em>. La palabra <em>yufka<\/em> es una palabra turca que significa <em>fr\u00e1gil<\/em> y <em>quebradizo<\/em>. Hay dos tipos de masa: La <em>yufka hamur<\/em>, que es parecida a la masa de strudel alemana y se utiliza para el b\u00f6rek, por ejemplo, y la <em>yufka ekmek<\/em>, que se hornea directamente como un pan plano fino y se utiliza para el d\u00fcrum, por ejemplo. Esta receta es de <strong>yufka hamur<\/strong> para que puedas <strong>hacer tu propia masa de b\u00f6rek<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>masa vegana<\/strong> no s\u00f3lo es muy popular en Turqu\u00eda, sino tambi\u00e9n en otros pa\u00edses de Oriente Pr\u00f3ximo y partes de los Balcanes.
