Ll\u00e9vate este plato de vacaciones a casa y reg\u00e1late un poco de tiempo libre.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pescado-y-verduras-ingredientes-mediterraneos-para-la-dorada-al-horno\">Pescado y verduras &#8211; Ingredientes mediterr\u00e1neos para la dorada al horno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El besugo<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n conocido como <strong>dorada<\/strong>, es un pescado de mar muy popular por su carne firme y <strong>blanca<\/strong> y su sabor suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te recomiendo que compres el pescado <strong>fresco<\/strong> en el mercado o en una pescader\u00eda. En esta receta, te explico c\u00f3mo cocinar <strong>besugo al horno<\/strong>. Es mejor hacerlo sobre el fregadero, de lo contrario las escamas de pescado volar\u00e1n por todas partes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eviscerado:<\/strong> Abre el vientre con un cuchillo afilado (desde el ano hasta las branquias), retira las v\u00edsceras y acl\u00e1ralas bien bajo el chorro de agua fr\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quita las agallas:<\/strong> ret\u00edralas con unas tijeras de cocina o un cuchillo. No es imprescindible, pero mejora el sabor. Tambi\u00e9n puedes cortar la cabeza entera.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seca con un pa\u00f1o:<\/strong> Seca el interior y el exterior con papel de cocina y contin\u00faa seg\u00fan la receta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dips-y-salsas-que-combinan-bien-con-la-dorada-crujiente\">Dips y salsas que combinan bien con la dorada crujiente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTe gusta acompa\u00f1ar el pescado y las verduras con una salsa?
