D\u00e9jate tentar por mi <strong>receta de postre<\/strong> \u00e1rabe y disfruta de los sabores de Levante.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-halawet-el-jibn\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es Halawet el Jibn?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00abHalawet el Jibn<\/strong>\u00bb se traduce del \u00e1rabe como \u00abdulzura del queso\u00bb. Este <strong>postre<\/strong> \u00e1rabe procede originariamente de <em>Siria<\/em>, en concreto de la ciudad de <em>Hama<\/em>, y es muy popular en muchos pa\u00edses de Levante, incluido L\u00edbano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El postre \u00e1rabe consiste en peque\u00f1os panecillos o bolsitas hechos con una <strong>masa dulce <\/strong>con<strong> s\u00e9mola <\/strong>y<strong> queso<\/strong>, rellenos de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/budin-de-leche-ashta-con-fruta-de-la-pasion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ashta<\/a> (un pudin suave) y regados con un fragante jarabe de az\u00facar aromatizado con <strong>agua de rosas y azahar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-halawet-el-jibn-dulce-seduccion-de-levante\">Halawet el Jibn: Dulce seducci\u00f3n de Levante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este <strong>postre de queso<\/strong> \u00e1rabe es una aut\u00e9ntica delicia: cremoso, floral e irresistiblemente delicioso. Si quieres servir a tus invitados algo realmente especial, prueba este postre: les encantar\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La lista de ingredientes no es tan larga, pero incluye algunas especialidades como <strong>agua de azahar<\/strong>, <strong>agua de rosas<\/strong> y <strong>lentisco<\/strong>. El lentisco es una resina de \u00e1rbol que se utiliza para fabricar chicles o cosm\u00e9ticos, as\u00ed como en la cocina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El lentisco<\/strong> sabe ligeramente <strong>amargo<\/strong> al principio, cuando despliega su sabor sabe ligeramente <strong>amargo<\/strong> y, de alguna manera, un poco como <strong>agujas de pino<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para preparar el postre \u00e1rabe, necesitas los siguientes ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes del pudin<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Leche:<\/strong> Leche entera para m\u00e1s sabor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nata<\/strong>: hace que el pudin sea cremoso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mozzarella:<\/strong> utiliza las bolitas, no el queso rallado, de lo contrario la consistencia cambiar\u00e1 demasiado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harina de ma\u00edz:<\/strong> para espesar el pudin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Masilla:<\/strong> util\u00edzala s\u00f3lo <strong>opcionalmente<\/strong>. Si no te gusta, d\u00e9jala fuera. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar:<\/strong> para el alm\u00edbar y la masa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u00e9mola de trigo blando:<\/strong> ya que la s\u00e9mola fina es m\u00e1s adecuada para la masa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua de rosas y agua de azahar<\/strong>: para aromatizar el jarabe de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pistachos: <\/strong>molidos o picados para adornar. Sin embargo, me gusta mucho la nota ligeramente \u00e1cida en el postre dulce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-hacer-el-postre-dulce-de-levante\">C\u00f3mo hacer el postre dulce de Levante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando prob\u00e9 el Halawet el Jibn por primera vez, me qued\u00e9 intrigada y me record\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/es\/knefeh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">al Knefeh<\/a>, que tambi\u00e9n se hace con queso. Para quienes no est\u00e9n familiarizados con el queso en los postres, la lista de ingredientes puede parecer confusa, pero ten fe: no notar\u00e1s el sabor de la mozzarella.
