Il s&rsquo;agit de&nbsp;<strong>boulettes syriennes<\/strong>&nbsp;traditionnellement fourr\u00e9es de&nbsp;<strong>riz<\/strong>, de&nbsp;<strong>l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>de viande<\/strong>. Mais ces raviolis farcis sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s dans d&rsquo;autres r\u00e9gions du Levant, comme par exemple au Liban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pochettes-de-filo-farcies-au-coeur\">Pochettes de filo farcies au c\u0153ur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reprenons depuis le d\u00e9but : les ouzis sont de d\u00e9licieux raviolis \u00e0 base de&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e2te filo<\/strong>&nbsp;tr\u00e8s fine,&nbsp;<strong>fourr\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;d&rsquo;une&nbsp;<strong>farce<\/strong>&nbsp;super \u00e9pic\u00e9e. La p\u00e2te filo rend les boulettes d\u00e9licieusement croustillantes. Si tu ne trouves pas de p\u00e2te filo au supermarch\u00e9, tu peux aussi opter pour de la&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e2te \u00e0 strudel<\/strong>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<strong>du yufka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chacun a sa propre recette : ma&nbsp;<strong>recette d&rsquo;ouzi<\/strong>&nbsp;diff\u00e8re l\u00e9g\u00e8rement du classique syrien, car je ne remplis pas les raviolis de riz, de petits pois et de morceaux de viande, mais de mon&nbsp;<strong>riz aromatique aux \u00e9pices<\/strong>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hashweh-farce-de-riz-libanaise\/\">le hashweh<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette farce de riz est compos\u00e9e de riz, de viande hach\u00e9e, de fruits secs, de noix et de nombreuses \u00e9pices traditionnelles du Levant. Quels sont ces ingr\u00e9dients ? J&rsquo;ai m\u00e9lang\u00e9 mes favoris au riz : cumin, graines de coriandre, clous de girofle, piment, cardamome,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/Bio-Ceylon-Zimt-N%C2%B0916-Aromadeckel\/dp\/B00CR2Y65O\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&amp;keywords=rimoco%2BZimt&amp;qid=1579106525&amp;s=grocery&amp;sr=1-1&amp;linkCode=sl1&amp;tag=bistbadi09-21&amp;linkId=8b5ba2635a8fc152068d449ecad080e7&amp;language=de_DE&amp;th=1\">cannelle<\/a>, poivre et bien s\u00fbr un peu de sel. Ce m\u00e9lange s&rsquo;harmonise tout simplement parfaitement avec les fruits sucr\u00e9s et le reste de la garniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que tu puisses servir le hashweh comme riz aux \u00e9pices, il convient aussi parfaitement pour le farcir. Traduit de l&rsquo;arabe, \u00ab\u00a0<strong>hashweh<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb signifie en effet \u00ab\u00a0<strong>farce<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; donc id\u00e9al pour les ouzis croustillants. Je te conseille de les accompagner d&rsquo;un gros morceau de yaourt et d&rsquo;une salade fra\u00eeche, comme&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/taboul%C3%A9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le taboul\u00e9<\/a>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/salade-color%C3%A9e-fattoush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le fattoush<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu n&rsquo;aimes pas le hachis et le beurre, tu peux bien s\u00fbr utiliser des produits&nbsp;<strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens<\/strong>&nbsp;ou ne pas mettre de hachis (v\u00e9g\u00e9talien) du tout. La farce de riz est tout de m\u00eame fantastique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparer-l-ouzi-en-toute-simplicite\">Pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;ouzi en toute simplicit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant, tu connais d\u00e9j\u00e0 les diff\u00e9rents composants : la farce et la p\u00e2te filo. Apr\u00e8s avoir cuit la farce, il ne te reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire des poches. C&rsquo;est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu enduis chaque feuille de p\u00e2te d&rsquo;un peu de beurre fondu. Tu obtiendras ainsi des couches bien croustillantes. Pour fourrer, il suffit de placer la p\u00e2te dans un petit plat et d&rsquo;y verser la garniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, tu rabats les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s sur la farce et tu renverses le ravioli sur une plaque de cuisson. Lorsque les invit\u00e9s sont nombreux, les boulettes de filo sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus petites. Ils peuvent ainsi \u00eatre servis comme&nbsp;<strong>accompagnement<\/strong>&nbsp;et non comme plat principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu es bien s\u00fbr totalement libre de choisir la taille de tes raviolis. Si tu attends quelques amis de plus, je te conseille d&rsquo;en faire des plus petits et de les servir comme&nbsp;<strong>fingerfood<\/strong>.
