Fin du post &#8230; \ud83d\ude02<br>Non, j&rsquo;ai bien s\u00fbr d&rsquo;autres choses \u00e0 dire \u00e0 ce sujet. Ces petites mobylettes (merci Laura pour cette expression ! \u2764\ufe0f) ont l&rsquo;air tellement gracieuses et a\u00e9r\u00e9es-l\u00e2ches. Oui, presque l\u00e9g\u00e8res. Autant s&rsquo;en offrir quelques-uns tout de suite. Au moins, un shabiyat ouvre l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit pour le suivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les nombreux niveaux de p\u00e2te filo ou yufka tr\u00e8s fine (tu peux aussi utiliser de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 strudel si n\u00e9cessaire) sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s par une couche de beurre de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure et donnent du volume \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble dans le four. Apr\u00e8s la cuisson, les triangles de p\u00e2te encore chauds sont d\u00e9glac\u00e9s avec du sirop de sucre froid. Rien que \u00e7a, \u00e7a sent incroyablement bon et \u00e7a donne directement envie de se pr\u00e9parer un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kaffee-auf-libanesisch-mokka-mit-kardamom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">moka<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas tout : il manque encore la cr\u00e8me. A l&rsquo;origine, les shabiyat sont fourr\u00e9s d&rsquo;une cr\u00e8me anglaise appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0ashta\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;ashta est en fait fabriqu\u00e9e en chauffant du lait entier et en le cassant avec du vinaigre ou de l&rsquo;acide citrique. Cela signifie que le petit-lait se s\u00e9pare et que tu peux \u00e9cumer la cr\u00e8me ou le pudding. J&rsquo;abr\u00e8ge et j&rsquo;opte pour le mascarpone. Cette cr\u00e8me italienne se trouve dans tous les supermarch\u00e9s et est fabriqu\u00e9e exactement de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, sauf qu&rsquo;ici, on utilise de la cr\u00e8me au lieu du lait. Le mascarpone est donc plus gras. \ud83d\ude0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que les shabiyat arros\u00e9s ont refroidi, le g\u00e2chis commence. Tu dois prendre les choses collantes et les remplir de cr\u00e8me parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de rose et de fleur d&rsquo;oranger. Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas grave &#8211; c&rsquo;est assez rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque tu auras termin\u00e9, tu n&rsquo;auras pas seulement fait un dessert, mais tu auras cr\u00e9\u00e9 une petite \u0153uvre d&rsquo;art &#8211; une \u0153uvre d&rsquo;art qui a un go\u00fbt d\u00e9licieux et qui te fait grossir. \ud83d\ude18<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity
