Je sais qu&rsquo;on ne peut pas vraiment mettre ces trois noms dans le m\u00eame panier, mais l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est la m\u00eame. Depuis toujours, j&rsquo;ai en effet l&rsquo;habitude de saupoudrer le tout d&rsquo;une bonne cuill\u00e8re de sucre et de m&rsquo;en r\u00e9galer. Mais il y a encore mieux : des latkes avec du labneh, des olives et du za&rsquo;atar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bien fin et croustillant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les latkes bien fins et croustillants. Pour moi, ils ne doivent pas non plus \u00eatre parfaitement ronds. J&rsquo;aime beaucoup quand les c\u00f4t\u00e9s sont frang\u00e9s et que des ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s s&rsquo;y forment pendant la cuisson. Pour cela, je mets toujours une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe dans la po\u00eale et je presse le tout avec le dos de la cuill\u00e8re pour lui donner une forme \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s ronde. Le reste se fait au hasard. Ainsi, elles sont un peu plus claires au milieu et bien grill\u00e9es et sombres sur les bords. J&rsquo;aime cette combinaison avec la l\u00e9g\u00e8re douceur et l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 des pommes. Si tu veux que ce soit encore un peu plus frais et surtout plus cr\u00e9meux, essaie absolument tes latkes avec une bonne dose <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de labneh<\/a>. La d\u00e9licieuse acidit\u00e9 du labneh s&rsquo;harmonise en effet parfaitement avec les ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s des galettes de pommes de terre et conf\u00e8re une belle fra\u00eecheur \u00e0 ce plat pourtant tr\u00e8s gras. Je l&rsquo;accompagne volontiers de quelques olives Kalamata intenses et d&rsquo;une bonne pinc\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m\u00eame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Za&rsquo;atar<\/a>. Quelques gouttes d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et un peu de persil, et voil\u00e0 une nouvelle exp\u00e9rience de latkes, ou galettes de pommes de terre &#8211; vous savez&#8230; l&rsquo;essentiel,
