(Il s&rsquo;agit bien s\u00fbr d&rsquo;une insinuation absolument impertinente et mensong\u00e8re)<br>Mes fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs et moi n&rsquo;en avions bien s\u00fbr cure &#8211; car nous aimions d\u00e9j\u00e0 tellement ces petits gousses quand nous \u00e9tions enfants que nos assiettes semblaient ensuite fra\u00eechement lav\u00e9es. Il n&rsquo;y a rien de plus agr\u00e9able que d&#8217;emporter le dernier reste de sauce tomate aromatique avec un morceau de pain pita &#8211; c&rsquo;est de la comfort food absolue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Okras \u00e0 la sauce tomate &#8211; un raccourci vers le paradis des gourmets (v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens) !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si je dois aller tr\u00e8s vite apr\u00e8s le travail aujourd&rsquo;hui, mais que je ne veux pas renoncer \u00e0 faire la cuisine et \u00e0 manger quelque chose de vraiment bon (quand le voudrais-je ?!?), j&rsquo;aime cuisiner ce classique de la cuisine levantine. Et le mieux, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;en mangeant, j&rsquo;ai toujours l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre le petit gar\u00e7on qui s&rsquo;asseyait sur le banc de la cuisine et nettoyait les assiettes. Ce genre de plats me fait toujours faire un petit voyage dans le temps et me r\u00e9chauffe vraiment l&rsquo;\u00e2me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;huile ou \u00e0 la sauce tomate ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, le plat s&rsquo;appelle Bamyeh Bzeit, ce qui signifie en fait <em>gombo \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile<\/em>. Cela ne signifie pas que les gombos nagent dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive (ce qui serait aussi sympa), mais qu&rsquo;ils sont servis sans viande. Avec de l&rsquo;huile dans une sauce tomate (je sais, c&rsquo;est un peu d\u00e9routant). Cela vaut d&rsquo;ailleurs aussi pour les d\u00e9licieux <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/lubia-haricots-\u00e0-rames-en-sauce-tomate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">haricots \u00e0 rames en sauce tomate<\/a>. Pour de nombreux plats, il existe deux variantes au Levant : L&rsquo;une avec de la viande<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/okra-eintopf-und-reis-mit-vermicelli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(rago\u00fbt de gombos) <\/a>et l&rsquo;autre avec de l&rsquo;huile (donc en sauce tomate).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, le gombo \u00e0 la sauce tomate n&rsquo;est pas seulement sans viande, il est aussi <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/strong>. Des oignons saut\u00e9s, de l&rsquo;ail, des tomates fruit\u00e9es, un soup\u00e7on de cannelle, quelques gombos et environ 30 minutes de ton temps &#8211; c&rsquo;est tout ce dont tu as besoin. Le r\u00e9sultat est un incroyable r\u00e9gal pour l&rsquo;\u00e2me. Une fois que j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9, je n&rsquo;arr\u00eate de manger que lorsque l&rsquo;assiette est vide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais que dis-je &#8211; essaie-le toi-m\u00eame \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un petit conseil pour finir<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a des gombos qui deviennent un peu \u00ab\u00a0visqueux\u00a0\u00bb lorsqu&rsquo;on les pr\u00e9pare. Ce n&rsquo;est pas une fatalit\u00e9. Tu peux \u00e9viter cela en faisant mariner les gombos environ 30 minutes avant avec du jus de citron ou du vinaigre ou en les faisant revenir \u00e0 feu vif lors de la pr\u00e9paration. J&rsquo;utilise ici la deuxi\u00e8me possibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re d&rsquo;ailleurs plut\u00f4t les petits gombos, car ils sont plus tendres et plus faciles \u00e0 travailler. Je recommande les petits gombos surgel\u00e9s.
