J&rsquo;aime la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et les d\u00e9licieux <strong>ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s<\/strong> que la salade croquante acquiert pendant la cuisson au barbecue. Si en plus on y ajoute une vinaigrette piquante \u00e0 base de harissa et de miel, mes papilles gustatives s&#8217;emballent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u0153urs de laitue grill\u00e9s : croquants, juteux &amp; aromatiques !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je peux effectivement toujours manger les c\u0153urs de laitue nature comme en-cas. J&rsquo;aime beaucoup sa fra\u00eecheur, son croquant et ses douces notes am\u00e8res ! Mais grill\u00e9s, les c\u0153urs de laitue sont un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est amusant de voir comment un produit plut\u00f4t insignifiant se transforme soudain en un mets vraiment d\u00e9licieux. Les c\u0153urs de laitue grill\u00e9s sont si faciles et rapides \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer qu&rsquo;ils font d\u00e9sormais partie int\u00e9grante de mes grillades, au m\u00eame titre que les <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kafta<\/a>, les <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/brochettes-de-poulet-shish-taouk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brochettes de poulet<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/brochettes-de-halloumi-au-barbecue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les b\u00e2tonnets d&rsquo;halloumi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, il suffit de couper les c\u0153urs tendres de la laitue romaine en deux et de les enduire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pour qu&rsquo;ils ne collent pas \u00e0 la grille du barbecue. Ensuite, les c\u0153urs de laitue peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre mis sur le gril. C&rsquo;est aussi simple que cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la cuisson, les c\u0153urs de laitue prennent feu, ce qui leur donne de beaux ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je ne laisse mes c\u0153urs de laitue grill\u00e9s que 2 \u00e0 3 minutes sur le gril chaud pour qu&rsquo;ils ne deviennent pas trop mous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui est bien avec les c\u0153urs de laitue grill\u00e9s, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;ils restent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croquants. C&rsquo;est un vrai plaisir en bouche ! Apr\u00e8s la grillade, j&rsquo;ajoute encore un peu de sel et bien s\u00fbr la d\u00e9licieuse vinaigrette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vinaigrette \u00e0 la harissa et au miel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La vinaigrette est en fait une <strong>vinaigrette<\/strong> \u00e0 base d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et de vinaigre. On y ajoute encore des \u00e9chalotes, du miel (ou du sirop d&rsquo;agave) et bien s\u00fbr <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-\u00e0-l'eau-de-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Harissa<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est justement le piquant de la harissa qui donne \u00e0 la vinaigrette toute sa force. Cela se marie tr\u00e8s bien avec les c\u0153urs de laitue grill\u00e9s et compl\u00e8te l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience gustative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu en as envie, tu peux aussi essayer les c\u0153urs de salade avec <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sauce-tahini-la-recette-de-base\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de la sauce tahini<\/a>. C&rsquo;est aussi incroyablement bon !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vous voulez des variations ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux utiliser les c\u0153urs de laitue grill\u00e9s de multiples fa\u00e7ons, et pas seulement comme accompagnement ! J&rsquo;ai en t\u00eate des variations de ces d\u00e9licieux c\u0153urs de laitue sur une assiette avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive cr\u00e9meuse. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Houmous<\/a><\/strong> comme base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que tu pourrais aussi essayer, ce sont des c\u0153urs de saule grill\u00e9s sur du fromage frais. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Labneh<\/a><\/strong> avec quelques noix fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9es. N&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 laisser libre cours \u00e0 ta cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.
