Oui ok, des vacances dans une grande suite avec une piscine priv\u00e9e et une terrasse priv\u00e9e &#8211; I know ! Mais l\u00e0, on peut en tout cas aussi bien savourer une d\u00e9licieuse portion <strong>de glace<\/strong>. Et puisque nous sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 en train de penser aux vacances, nous pouvons aussi nous diriger vers le Levant pour ce qui est de la glace. Car voici une <strong>glace au tahini<\/strong> vraiment cr\u00e9meuse et d\u00e9licieuse, que tu peux m\u00eame pr\u00e9parer toi-m\u00eame tr\u00e8s facilement et rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glace au tahini &#8211; Le Levant en glace !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Que serait le Levant sans le beurre de s\u00e9same cr\u00e9meux ou la p\u00e2te de s\u00e9same appel\u00e9e <strong>tahini<\/strong>? Il n&rsquo;y aurait pas de <strong>houmous<\/strong>! Il n&rsquo;y aurait pas de <strong>baba ghanoush<\/strong> &#8211; il n&rsquo;y aurait pas de <strong>halva<\/strong> non plus ! Mon Dieu, je n&rsquo;ose pas y penser !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, j&rsquo;utilise le tahini dans des cr\u00e8mes ou des sauces, parfois aussi comme ingr\u00e9dient dans des <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/g\u00e2teau-marbr\u00e9-au-tahini-et-\u00e0-la-cardamome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">g\u00e2teaux<\/a>. Mais je n&rsquo;avais jamais essay\u00e9 le tahini en tant que star d&rsquo;une cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e, il fallait que cela change !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir achet\u00e9 une sorbeti\u00e8re, j&rsquo;ai vraiment commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter dans ce domaine. Le premier r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/mokka-eis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">glace au moka<\/a>, puis la meilleure <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/glace-\u00e0-la-pistache\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">glace \u00e0 la pistache<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En me basant sur mon exp\u00e9rience, j&rsquo;ai eu une bonne recette de base que j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9e avec du tahini. Le r\u00e9sultat est une cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e au tahini onctueuse. Et je peux te dire directement qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re portion <strong>de glace au s\u00e9same<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb en produire plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La glace a un go\u00fbt d\u00e9licieux et tr\u00e8s intense de <strong>s\u00e9same<\/strong>, presque un go\u00fbt de halva congel\u00e9. Pour obtenir ce r\u00e9sultat, j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb faire la glace au tahini deux fois, car j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 trop de tahini lors du premier essai, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 de l\u00e9g\u00e8res notes am\u00e8res. Le deuxi\u00e8me essai, avec un peu moins de tahini, a \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout ce dont tu as besoin pour la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e au tahini :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tahini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lait entier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e8me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de s\u00e9same (pour la d\u00e9coration)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e avec ou sans sorbeti\u00e8re ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme tu l&rsquo;as lu plus haut, j&rsquo;utilise une machine \u00e0 glace avec un <strong>compresseur de refroidissement<\/strong>. Cela signifie que je n&rsquo;ai pas besoin de mettre le r\u00e9cipient au pr\u00e9alable dans le cong\u00e9lateur, mais que la machine \u00e0 glace elle-m\u00eame assure ce refroidissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;avantage d&rsquo;une sorbeti\u00e8re, et pas seulement pour la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e au tahini, est qu&rsquo;elle permet de m\u00e9langer la masse de glace de mani\u00e8re autonome. Tu obtiendras ainsi un r\u00e9sultat tr\u00e8s cr\u00e9meux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais si tu n&rsquo;as pas de sorbeti\u00e8re ou si tu ne veux pas en acheter une, tu peux aussi pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e sans. Il suffit alors de verser la masse de glace dans un r\u00e9cipient plat et de le placer au cong\u00e9lateur. Tu dois toutefois le sortir du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur toutes les 30 minutes environ pour m\u00e9langer la glace. Ainsi, elle sera au moins un peu cr\u00e9meuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est certes plus de travail qu&rsquo;avec une machine \u00e0 glace enti\u00e8rement automatique, mais cela ne nuit pas au go\u00fbt. Il n&rsquo;y a donc aucune raison de se priver de la d\u00e9licieuse glace au s\u00e9same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu sers la glace au tahini, tu peux encore saupoudrer un peu de s\u00e9same.
