Je cours d&rsquo;une past\u00e8que \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, je colle mon oreille dessus et je commence mon examen approfondi. Quel est le son du melon parfait ? Il sonne un peu creux, mais pas trop non plus &#8211; tu vois ce que je veux dire ?! Le son doit \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, harmonieux et en quelque sorte juteux. Quoi qu&rsquo;il en soit, j&rsquo;ai toujours besoin des past\u00e8ques les plus parfaites pour ma <strong>salade de melon avec de la feta et des olives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salade de past\u00e8que rafra\u00eechissante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/taboul\u00e9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taboul\u00e9<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/salade-color\u00e9e-fattoush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le fattoush<\/a>, il n&rsquo;y a gu\u00e8re de meilleure salade pour moi en \u00e9t\u00e9 que la <strong>salade de past\u00e8que<\/strong>. La fra\u00eecheur sucr\u00e9e de la past\u00e8que combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la feta savoureuse, aux olives aromatiques et \u00e0 la menthe est tout simplement un r\u00eave absolu. La menthe donne \u00e0 la salade une touche de fra\u00eecheur suppl\u00e9mentaire !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour accompagner la salade de melon, je m&rsquo;offre encore une <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/th\u00e9-glac\u00e9-\u00e0-la-grenade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">limonade<\/a> fra\u00eeche faite maison et le programme de rafra\u00eechissement estival commence : levez les jambes et profitez !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les olives aromatiques vont super bien avec !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;olives, je suis toujours un partisan absolu des olives d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es. Elles ont plus d&rsquo;ar\u00f4me, mais doivent \u00eatre grignot\u00e9es. Pour ne pas g\u00e2cher le plaisir de la <strong>salade de melon<\/strong> et ne pas devoir mordre \u00e0 chaque fois dans un noyau, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re opter pour les olives d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu as besoin d&rsquo;un conseil sur la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;olives \u00e0 utiliser dans la salade de melon, je peux vraiment te recommander les <strong>olives Kalamata<\/strong> super aromatiques ! Je pourrais les manger telles quelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je sais que je pourrais les \u00e9p\u00e9piner moi-m\u00eame \u00e0 la main, mais&#8230; non. La salade de melon tient aussi au fait qu&rsquo;elle est si vite pr\u00e9par\u00e9e. Ah oui : si, comme moi, tu aimes beaucoup la <strong>coriandre<\/strong>, remplace la menthe par elle. Le go\u00fbt sera encore diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le grand tapage sur la past\u00e8que continue d&rsquo;ailleurs apr\u00e8s le repas : sur mon ventre plein !
