Ce qu&rsquo;il ne supporte pas, par contre, ce sont les plats sal\u00e9s avec des fruits. \u00ab\u00a0Rafik, tu ne peux pas faire \u00e7a ! Je sais que tu es un expert culinaire, mais S&rsquo;IL VOUS PLA\u00ceT, pas de fruits avec le hachis ! J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;estomac qui se retourne\u00a0\u00bb, m&rsquo;a-t-il \u00e9crit, d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9. Normalement, je respecte son souhait et il n&rsquo;y a pas de fruits lors de sa visite. Mais je suis presque s\u00fbre qu&rsquo;il aimerait quand m\u00eame le k\u00e9bab aux cerises. Dans ce cas, les fruits ne sucrent pas le plat, mais lui conf\u00e8rent une acidit\u00e9 vraiment fantastique. Cela vaut vraiment la peine d&rsquo;essayer de lui en faire manger un jour&#8230; Muhahaha !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ca-sent-bon-la-cuisine-maison\">\u00c7a sent bon la cuisine maison<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kebab et cerises, \u00e7a fait un peu sauvage comme m\u00e9lange, je sais. Mais je peux te rassurer tout de suite, ce n&rsquo;est pas aussi sauvage que \u00e7a en a l&rsquo;air. Le kebab aux cerises ou \u00ab\u00a0kebab bil karaz\u00a0\u00bb est une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 incroyablement savoureuse de Syrie. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment d&rsquo;Alep. Et les cerises utilis\u00e9es ne sont pas des choses sucr\u00e9es, mais des cerises acides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, le kebab karaz est l&rsquo;un des nombreux plats d\u00e9licieux que tu peux pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 partir de kafta. Pour cela, je fais juste revenir les kebabs pour donner \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble du plat de beaux ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s. Ensuite, les kebabs sont plac\u00e9s dans une po\u00eale avec des griottes brais\u00e9es et continuent \u00e0 cuire. Le tout est subtilement assaisonn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un peu de cannelle, de cardamome et de piment. Une fois que tout est dans une po\u00eale, il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 attendre et \u00e0 laisser mijoter. Et pendant que la sauce des griottes se r\u00e9duit, l&rsquo;odeur d&rsquo;une cuisine maison vraiment d\u00e9licieuse se r\u00e9pand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-aromes-du-kebab-a-la-cerise\">Les ar\u00f4mes du k\u00e9bab \u00e0 la cerise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le kebab bil karaz est d\u00e9cor\u00e9 de persil hach\u00e9 et garni de pignons grill\u00e9s en abondance. On y ajoute donc une touche de noix et de fra\u00eecheur. Traditionnellement, le k\u00e9bab aux cerises est servi avec des galettes de pain et consomm\u00e9 directement avec. Tu peux donc te passer de couverts. \u00c0 moins que tu ne les utilises comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9coratif, comme moi \ud83d\ude00 Si tu le souhaites, tu peux aussi servir du riz au beurre fumant en accompagnement. Les ar\u00f4mes qui se combinent alors finalement font du kebab bil karaz un plat incroyablement d\u00e9licieux et super facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Un vrai classique du Levant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conseil-pour-la-viande\">Conseil pour la viande<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, j&rsquo;aime beaucoup remplacer la viande hach\u00e9e par la variante v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne. Cela fonctionne \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien avec ce plat. Veille simplement \u00e0 acheter du hachis v\u00e9g\u00e9talien \u00e0 mouler. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire celui qui ressemble \u00e0 la vraie viande hach\u00e9e. Traditionnellement, le k\u00e9bab aux cerises est fait avec de l&rsquo;agneau. Le choix de la viande a bien s\u00fbr une grande influence sur le plat. Le go\u00fbt de l&rsquo;agneau est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent de celui du b\u0153uf ou justement du hachis v\u00e9g\u00e9talien.
