Imagine un peu le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">houmous<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/baba-ghanoush-cr\u00e8me-d'aubergines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le baba ghanoush<\/a> sans la belle acidit\u00e9 des citrons ! Dans mon <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/la-cuisine-du-levant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">guide <\/a>, tu en apprendras plus sur les ar\u00f4mes typiques du Levant. Les citrons sal\u00e9s sont plut\u00f4t attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 la cuisine marocaine et font partie int\u00e9grante de nombreux plats traditionnels d\u00e9licieux du Maroc. Ils apportent aux plats non seulement une agr\u00e9able acidit\u00e9 aromatique, mais aussi une note fruit\u00e9e incomparable. Il n&rsquo;est donc pas \u00e9tonnant que les citrons marin\u00e9s dans du sel et du jus de citron aient fait leur chemin jusqu&rsquo;au Levant et dans le reste du monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tout-ce-dont-tu-as-besoin-des-citrons-et-du-sel\">Tout ce dont tu as besoin : des citrons et du sel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Des citrons frais bio et beaucoup de sel &#8211; En fait, tu n&rsquo;as besoin d&rsquo;aucun autre ingr\u00e9dient pour les citrons sal\u00e9s. Il est super important que les citrons ne soient pas trait\u00e9s, car tu les feras ensuite mariner entiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La liste des ingr\u00e9dients est aussi courte que la pr\u00e9paration est simple. Lavez bien les citrons, coupez-les, remplissez-les de sel et mettez-les dans un bocal. Remplir ensuite le bocal avec du jus de citron fra\u00eechement press\u00e9. Si tu penses que les citrons press\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre jet\u00e9s \u00e0 la poubelle, j&rsquo;ai une bonne nouvelle pour toi : Ils vont tout simplement avec le verre. Il n&rsquo;y a donc pas de gaspillage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-citrons-sales-avec-l-arome-de-ton-choix\">Citrons sal\u00e9s avec l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me de ton choix<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu le souhaites, tu peux aussi aromatiser les citrons sal\u00e9s selon tes propres d\u00e9sirs. Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des feuilles de laurier et des graines de coriandre de base. Mais tu peux vraiment t&rsquo;amuser et exp\u00e9rimenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voici une petite liste d&rsquo;aromates pour vous inspirer :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Feuilles de laurier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00e2tons de cannelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grains de poivre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clous de girofle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de coriandre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Romarin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Origan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thym<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sauge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chili<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u00e9tales de rose comestibles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu constates probablement d\u00e9j\u00e0 par toi-m\u00eame que la mise en conserve des citrons est bien plus qu&rsquo;une simple conservation. De nouvelles saveurs s&rsquo;ouvrent \u00e0 tes plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tu peux utiliser les citrons sal\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re fantastique pour :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rago\u00fbts consistants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salades fra\u00eeches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soupes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pilaws \/ pots de riz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e2tes alimentaires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou simplement pour le go\u00fbter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs, les citrons sal\u00e9s ne sont plus aussi cr\u00fbment acides, mais plut\u00f4t acidul\u00e9s et \u00e9pic\u00e9s, et incroyablement aromatiques. Pour ma recette, je ne dilue pas le jus de citron avec de l&rsquo;eau et je n&rsquo;ajoute pas non plus d&rsquo;huile. Au contraire, tout doit se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 partir des citrons, du sel et des aromates.
