Et lorsque le poisson juteux cuit au four est d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sur un lit cr\u00e9meux et moelleux de <strong>pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail, la f\u00eate bat son plein !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si simple, mais si aromatique : la cro\u00fbte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le filet de cabillaud cuit au four est d\u00e9j\u00e0 incroyablement d\u00e9licieux en soi, mais avec une cro\u00fbte croustillante pleine de saveurs, il devient un v\u00e9ritable spectacle ! Personnellement, j&rsquo;aime beaucoup le filet de cabillaud, car il a un go\u00fbt presque sucr\u00e9 et une consistance ferme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9licieuse cro\u00fbte est super rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer ! Les principaux ingr\u00e9dients sont de bons <strong>citrons bio<\/strong>, de <strong>la coriandre<\/strong> fra\u00eeche, <strong>des amandes<\/strong> et <strong>du panko<\/strong>. Cette derni\u00e8re est une chapelure plus grossi\u00e8re qui donne \u00e0 la cro\u00fbte son croustillant d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la cro\u00fbte, il suffit de r\u00e2per le zeste de citron, de hacher rapidement les amandes et la coriandre et de m\u00e9langer le tout avec le panko et un peu de beurre. J&rsquo;aime bien y ajouter une pinc\u00e9e <strong>de piment<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est ainsi que le filet de cabillaud cuit est vraiment aromatique !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s que le m\u00e9lange est pr\u00eat, il te suffit de le verser sur le filet de cabillaud et le four s&rsquo;occupe du reste pour toi. Pendant ce temps, tu peux t&rsquo;occuper tranquillement de la pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, j&rsquo;aime beaucoup les pommes de terre bouillies ! Mais j&rsquo;aime encore plus la pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre ! De mani\u00e8re classique, les pommes de terre cuites sont \u00e9cras\u00e9es avec un peu de beurre, de lait ou de cr\u00e8me et un peu de muscade. Dans ma variante, j&rsquo;y ajoute une bonne dose d&rsquo;ail &#8211; et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment <strong>de l&rsquo;ail cuit au four<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne t&rsquo;inqui\u00e8te pas, l&rsquo;ail est une chose tr\u00e8s simple ! Il suffit d&rsquo;ajouter quelques gousses d&rsquo;ail envelopp\u00e9es dans du papier aluminium au filet de cabillaud cuit au four et de le laisser cuire pendant environ 30 minutes. Pendant ce temps, les pommes de terre peuvent cuire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s que l&rsquo;ail est cuit, il suffit de presser chaque gousse hors de sa peau et de l&rsquo;ajouter aux pommes de terre filtr\u00e9es. Le pilage peut alors commencer. Il suffit donc d&rsquo;ajouter le beurre, le lait et l&rsquo;ail aux pommes de terre et d&rsquo;\u00e9craser le tout \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pilon jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tu obtiennes la consistance souhait\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux bien s\u00fbr en faire une pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre vraiment cr\u00e9meuse ou laisser le tout encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en morceaux. Personnellement, j&rsquo;aime que la pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre pour le filet de cabillaud cuit au four soit encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filet de cabillaud cuit au four &#8211; c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le filet de cabillaud cuit au four avec sa d\u00e9licieuse cro\u00fbte est pr\u00eat &#8211; check ! La pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail est pr\u00eate &#8211; check ! Il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 dresser les assiettes. D&rsquo;une certaine mani\u00e8re, il semble que ce soit une question de foi de savoir si l&rsquo;on pose le poisson directement sur la pur\u00e9e ou seulement \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 dessus, ou si l&rsquo;on pose les deux s\u00e9par\u00e9ment c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux bien s\u00fbr le faire comme tu le souhaites. D\u00e9core toutefois ton assiette avec un peu de coriandre fra\u00eechement hach\u00e9e et ajoute des quartiers de citron.
