Ce riz \u00e0 la tomate et \u00e0 l&rsquo;aubergine grill\u00e9e, incroyablement savoureux, en est un v\u00e9ritable exemple. Ta liste de courses reste courte et tu obtiens quand m\u00eame un repas fantastique plein de saveurs. La cuisine v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne ne doit pas toujours se limiter aux prot\u00e9ines de pois et aux produits du rayon frais. Je veux te prouver avec cette recette ce qu&rsquo;un bon m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s et brais\u00e9s peut apporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-ete-toute-l-annee\">L&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 est pluvieux ou si tu te g\u00e8les le &#8230;.. en hiver, tu devrais absolument t&rsquo;offrir ce riz \u00e0 la tomate et \u00e0 l&rsquo;aubergine grill\u00e9e. Chaque fois que j&rsquo;ai besoin d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 dans mon c\u0153ur, j&rsquo;allume le four et la cuisini\u00e8re et je me concocte cette nourriture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est en fait un plat de riz classique avec des l\u00e9gumes. Elle est parfaite en toute saison et permet de pr\u00e9parer un bon d\u00e9jeuner pour le bureau ou une excursion. Mais pour moi, ce qui est particulier ici, c&rsquo;est le m\u00e9ga bon m\u00e9lange de saveurs grill\u00e9es et brais\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-griller-et-braiser\">Griller et braiser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est vraiment super facile ! Pendant que tu fais bien griller l&rsquo;aubergine au four \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, les tomates cerises d\u00e9licieusement sucr\u00e9es et aromatiques mijotent dans la casserole avec les oignons, l&rsquo;ail, les \u00e9pices et la coriandre. L&rsquo;odeur qui s&rsquo;en d\u00e9gage est \u00e0 elle seule envo\u00fbtante. Veille \u00e0 toujours utiliser des aliments de bonne qualit\u00e9, car c&rsquo;est ainsi qu&rsquo;ils sont les meilleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, le riz basmati est ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 la casserole. Il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 mettre le couvercle, \u00e0 dresser la table et le reste se fait tout seul. Le riz \u00e0 la tomate reste d&rsquo;ailleurs bien savoureux et est aussi bon chaud que froid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu veux donner un peu de feu au riz \u00e0 la tomate, ajoute une bonne dose de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-\u00e0-l'eau-de-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">harissa<\/a>.
