Cette&nbsp;<strong>soupe<\/strong>&nbsp;v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne&nbsp;<strong>aux haricots<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>blancs<\/strong>&nbsp;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 super onctueuse gr\u00e2ce aux&nbsp;<strong>haricots blancs<\/strong>&nbsp;tendres, et en plus, elle est pleine de bonnes prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La puissance des haricots blancs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore les haricots blancs, non seulement parce qu&rsquo;ils sont vraiment incroyablement bons et que j&rsquo;aime leur consistance naturellement beurr\u00e9e. Parfois, je suis tout simplement paresseuse et je n&rsquo;ai pas envie de cuisiner. Mais je n&rsquo;ai pas non plus envie d&rsquo;un pain sec &#8211; surtout si je veux aussi faire attention aux valeurs nutritives et que je suis en train de faire le \u00ab\u00a0hulk des prot\u00e9ines\u00a0\u00bb. Et les prot\u00e9ines ne sont pas seulement super saines, elles rassasient aussi longtemps ! C&rsquo;est pourquoi les haricots blancs sont toujours tr\u00e8s utiles, car je peux aussi les utiliser directement de la bo\u00eete de conserve, pr\u00e9cuits. Je peux ensuite en faire une d\u00e9licieuse&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/salade-de-gros-haricots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salade de haric<\/a>&nbsp;ots ou une d\u00e9licieuse&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pur%C3%A9e-de-haricots-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pur\u00e9e de haricots<\/a>&nbsp;en un tour de main, ou encore cette d\u00e9licieuse soupe cr\u00e9meuse aux haricots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu vois certainement o\u00f9 je veux en venir : Les haricots blancs sont de petites prot\u00e9ines saines qui sont \u00e9galement d\u00e9licieuses et faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Pour cette soupe de haricots blancs, tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients. De l&rsquo;oignon, de l&rsquo;ail, du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et une bonne pinc\u00e9e de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-du-tahini-soi-m%C3%AAme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tahini<\/a>&nbsp;pour donner \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble un l\u00e9ger go\u00fbt de noisette. Comme pour les pois chiches, j&rsquo;aime bien assaisonner les haricots avec du cumin. D&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re ou d&rsquo;une autre, le m\u00e9lange se marie toujours tr\u00e8s bien et l&rsquo;\u00e9pice est cens\u00e9e aider \u00e0 la digestion. Gagnant-gagnant ! Fais d&rsquo;abord griller les l\u00e9gumes dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et ajoute ensuite les haricots. D\u00e9glacez ensuite le tout avec du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, laissez mijoter un peu et r\u00e9duisez le tout en pur\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est tout &#8211; c&rsquo;est super facile, non ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En guise de garniture, je te conseille d&rsquo;ajouter des pois chiches grill\u00e9s et croustillants, que tu peux assaisonner d&rsquo;un peu de za&rsquo;atar et de sel marin. Et si tu le souhaites, tu peux saupoudrer quelques flocons de piment par-dessus &#8211; cela n&rsquo;est pas seulement tr\u00e8s joli, mais donne aussi un peu de peps \u00e0 la soupe de haricots.
