Le r\u00e9sultat est cette assiette v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne de halloumi au barbecue avec <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/salade-color\u00e9e-fattoush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du fattoush<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/riz-au-beurre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du riz au beurre<\/a>, de la sauce au yaourt et un d\u00e9licieux relish frais et fruit\u00e9 \u00e0 la grenade. Ce plat n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment \u00e0 consommer sur le pouce, mais il est certainement parfait pour un barbecue incroyablement d\u00e9licieux ou pour le week-end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-briefing-de-la-communaute-instagram\">Le briefing de la communaut\u00e9 Instagram<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur Instagram, j&rsquo;ai re\u00e7u la commande suivante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plat principal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Halloumi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grill\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sauce claire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note fruit\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une salade en plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-parfait-plat-vegetarien-pour-le-barbecue\">Le parfait plat v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien pour le barbecue !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque je pr\u00e9pare une recette pour le blog et que je la photographie, il va de soi qu&rsquo;elle est ensuite directement consomm\u00e9e. Le gaspillage alimentaire est hors de question pour moi. Et je peux te dire que j&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9 cette assiette de grillades ! Il y a plusieurs composants qui se marient si bien que je n&rsquo;ai pas pu m&rsquo;arr\u00eater de manger. Cela faisait longtemps que je n&rsquo;avais pas aussi bien festoy\u00e9. La s\u00e9ance de gavage sur le canap\u00e9 qui a suivi \u00e9tait de l&rsquo;or ! Merci encore \u00e0 tous ceux qui ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 cette recette avec moi via Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-riz-peut-aussi-etre-fume\">Le riz peut aussi \u00eatre fum\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore le riz au beurre classique, mais si en plus on le fume l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, cela donne encore plus de go\u00fbt. Bien s\u00fbr, l&rsquo;assiette de halloumi au barbecue est aussi d\u00e9licieuse avec du riz au beurre normal, alors ne t&rsquo;inqui\u00e8te pas. Mais si tu veux obtenir un petit quelque chose en plus, tu as au moins deux options pour fumer facilement le riz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux transvaser le riz au beurre dans un plat \u00e0 griller, le poser sur le barbecue et fermer le couvercle. Une autre possibilit\u00e9 est de fumer le riz directement dans la casserole. Pour cela, tu fais un creux dans le riz fini et tu y places un morceau de papier d&rsquo;aluminium. Sur la feuille d&rsquo;aluminium, tu poses ensuite un morceau de charbon incandescent (il faut absolument prendre du charbon naturel non trait\u00e9 !) et quelques copeaux de fumage. Ferme le couvercle et 10 minutes plus tard, ton riz a le go\u00fbt du barbecue \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat pur ! Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la sauce au yaourt et au relish \u00e0 la grenade, il devient un v\u00e9ritable spectacle. (J&rsquo;ai encore faim&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-assiette-de-grillades-d-halloumi-avec-fattoush\">Assiette de grillades d&rsquo;halloumi avec fattoush<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, les grillades savoureuses doivent toujours \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9es d&rsquo;une garniture fra\u00eeche qui apporte une agr\u00e9able acidit\u00e9. Avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/taboul\u00e9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taboul\u00e9<\/a>, le fattoush fait partie de mes favoris et se marie parfaitement avec l&rsquo;halloumi. Cette salade d\u00e9licieusement fra\u00eeche avec une vinaigrette g\u00e9niale au sumac apporte en outre une note suppl\u00e9mentaire : du pain pita frit et croustillant. Je dois toujours faire attention \u00e0 ne pas grignoter directement le pain pita lors de la pr\u00e9paration du fattoush&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9lange dans cette assiette est donc tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant. M\u00eame si les nombreux composants prennent alors un peu plus de temps, l&rsquo;assiette barbecue halloumi bombastique vaut vraiment le coup &#8211; et pas seulement pour les
