Il s&rsquo;agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de <strong>l\u00e9gumes frits<\/strong> m\u00e9lang\u00e9s. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9 plusieurs fois qu&rsquo;au Levant, on est totalement fou de frites, n&rsquo;est-ce pas? Mais cela ne s&rsquo;arr\u00eate pas aux pommes de terre frites. C&rsquo;est pourquoi le makali fait partie int\u00e9grante d&rsquo;un mezz\u00e9 bien garni. C&rsquo;est la tradition levantine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et m\u00eame si tu es en d\u00e9placement, tu peux commander un <strong>makali wrap<\/strong> ou un <strong>makali sandwich<\/strong> dans n&rsquo;importe quel bon restaurant ou snack libanais &#8211; c&rsquo;est du fast food libanais et c&rsquo;est <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/strong>. Et ce que tu veux faire frire, tu peux le d\u00e9cider selon ton humeur. Voici quelques exemples classiques:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chou-fleur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pommes de terre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aubergines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oignons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courgettes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici mon top 5, que j&rsquo;utilise pour mon sandwich makali et qui pla\u00eet \u00e0 tout le monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9parer le makali?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration de ce plat est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple. Car il te suffit d&rsquo;une friteuse ou d&rsquo;une grande casserole dans laquelle tu peux faire frire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laver les l\u00e9gumes, les s\u00e9cher correctement (sinon ils \u00e9claboussent trop d\u00e8s que tu les mets dans la graisse chaude) et les couper en morceaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chauffer la friteuse ou la casserole avec de l&rsquo;huile et y faire frire les l\u00e9gumes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que mange-t-on avec le makali?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le makali est servi dans le cadre d&rsquo;un <strong>mezze<\/strong>. Cela signifie que plusieurs petites choses comme des falafels, du <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\">houmous<\/a> ou du <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/matbucha-salsa-de-tomate\/\">matbucha<\/a> sont pos\u00e9es sur la table et qu&rsquo;il suffit de se goinfrer \u00e0 volont\u00e9 de tout le programme. C&rsquo;est tout simplement merveilleux de s&rsquo;asseoir et de se r\u00e9galer avec ses amis en toute convivialit\u00e9. Et cela fait aussi partie de la culture au Levant. Rares sont les personnes qui se retrouvent seules quelque part, mais plut\u00f4t en compagnie. Ici, un falafel avec de l&rsquo;aubergine, l\u00e0 encore le pain pita avec un peu de chou-fleur tremp\u00e9 dans le fromage frais, entre-temps un oignon frit sucr\u00e9 avec un peu de menthe et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Bien s\u00fbr, la friture ne transforme pas forc\u00e9ment les l\u00e9gumes en aliments di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques, mais elle leur donne de d\u00e9licieux <strong>ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s<\/strong> et un go\u00fbt plus prononc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne me lasse pas du makali.
