Que ce soit dans les caf\u00e9s, les boulangeries ou les p\u00e2tisseries, <strong>les muffins au chocolat<\/strong> et \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me sucr\u00e9e font partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9talage pour attirer tous les gourmands. Je ne m&rsquo;exclus pas de la liste. J&rsquo;adore regarder tous ces d\u00e9lices \u00e0 travers la fen\u00eatre et, apr\u00e8s avoir longuement h\u00e9sit\u00e9, j&rsquo;opte pour diff\u00e9rentes variations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire soi-m\u00eame des muffins au chocolat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, je laisse tous les muffins o\u00f9 ils sont et je prends simplement un peu d&rsquo;inspiration. Avant, je n&rsquo;aimais pas trop faire de la p\u00e2tisserie, mais maintenant, j&rsquo;y prends go\u00fbt. L&rsquo;autre jour, j&rsquo;ai retrouv\u00e9 notre moule \u00e0 muffins dans la cuisine du contenu et il restait sur la table une <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/tarte-au-chocolat-avec-cr\u00e8me-de-cardamome-et-pistaches\/\">tarte au chocolat avec un gla\u00e7age \u00e0 la pistache<\/a> &#8211; j&rsquo;ai alors eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de rendre le g\u00e2teau plus pratique et de le transformer en une cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 emporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aussit\u00f4t dit, aussit\u00f4t fait. Faire soi-m\u00eame des muffins au chocolat est vraiment super facile, car on a presque toujours les ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la maison. Et un moule \u00e0 muffins est \u00e9galement un bon achat. Tu peux y cuire non seulement des muffins, mais aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/knefeh-minis-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des minis knefeh<\/a> ou de croustillantes <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/tartelettes-filo-au-chocolat-et-au-moka\/\">tartelettes au chocolat et au moka<\/a>. Ce que j&rsquo;ai appris en cuisinant, c&rsquo;est que les ingr\u00e9dients doivent toujours \u00eatre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. En effet, cela permet de battre plus facilement et de mani\u00e8re plus cr\u00e9meuse les \u0153ufs ou le beurre, par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement pour lequel tu pr\u00e9pares les <strong>cupcakes<\/strong>, tu peux beurrer le moule \u00e0 muffins ou le tapisser de cornets en papier. Les moules en papier sont vivement recommand\u00e9s si les p\u00e2tisseries sont destin\u00e9es \u00e0 des anniversaires d&rsquo;enfants ou \u00e0 \u00eatre emport\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le Frosting : cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la pistache<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important que les ingr\u00e9dients soient \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, en particulier pour le <strong>Frosting<\/strong>, la <strong>cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la pistache<\/strong> douce et am\u00e8re. Le beurre mou et le fromage frais se m\u00e9langent ainsi plus facilement avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients et forment une masse sans grumeaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque tu appliques la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la pistache sur les muffins au chocolat, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;utiliser une <strong>poche \u00e0<\/strong> douille avec <strong>une douille \u00e9toil\u00e9e<\/strong>. Comme tu peux le voir dans mes cr\u00e9ations, je ne l&rsquo;ai pas fait. Pourquoi te demandes-tu maintenant ? Tout simplement parce que je n&rsquo;ai pas trouv\u00e9 de poche \u00e0 douille ni de bo\u00eete avec les douilles. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait vraiment ennuyeux, mais si tu n&rsquo;as pas cet \u00e9quipement \u00e0 la maison ou si, comme moi, tu ne le trouves tout simplement pas, prends un sac de cong\u00e9lation, remplis-le de la masse et coupe un petit coin. Meine andere Lieblingsk\u00fcche ist definitiv die levantinische. Frische Kr\u00e4uter, aromatische Gew\u00fcrze, viel Gem\u00fcse und fluffig-knuspriges Fladenbrot. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
