Et depuis que j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 cette salade barbecue pour la premi\u00e8re fois, la flamme du barbecue ne s&rsquo;allume que pour du d\u00e9licieux halloumi et quelques p\u00eaches bien juteuses. Ces deux ingr\u00e9dients sont en effet le couronnement d&rsquo;une salade incroyablement d\u00e9licieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-salade-grillee-a-satiete\">Une salade grill\u00e9e \u00e0 sati\u00e9t\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La base est une salade verte de ton choix. L&rsquo;essentiel est qu&rsquo;elle soit croquante et fra\u00eeche. Tu peux bien s\u00fbr varier les plaisirs ou acheter un m\u00e9lange de salades \u00e0 cueillir. Pour moi, ce qui ne doit en aucun cas manquer, c&rsquo;est le fenouil, les pois chiches, les noix, les radis, le persil et la menthe. Quand tout est r\u00e9uni, tu as un go\u00fbt diff\u00e9rent \u00e0 chaque bouch\u00e9e. Parfois, c&rsquo;est la menthe qui est au premier plan, puis le fenouil, puis la texture d\u00e9licate des pois chiches, les noix croquantes ou le piquant d\u00e9licieux des radis. La note de fond, cependant, est le tahini et la grenade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tahini-amp-grenade-une-combinaison-geniale\">Tahini &amp; grenade : une combinaison g\u00e9niale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;assaisonnement est une d\u00e9licieuse cr\u00e8me de tahini aux noix et de sirop de grenade acidul\u00e9. Tu peux donc mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 l&rsquo;huile et le vinaigre. Comme la vinaigrette est bien cr\u00e9meuse, elle adh\u00e8re particuli\u00e8rement bien \u00e0 la salade et donne \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble une note velout\u00e9e vraiment agr\u00e9able. Mais tout cela n&rsquo;est \u00ab\u00a0que\u00a0\u00bb la base fantastique pour l&rsquo;halloumi grill\u00e9 et les tranches de p\u00eache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-halloumi-et-peche-en-topping\">Halloumi et p\u00eache en topping<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Last but not least, vient le topping qui donne \u00e0 la salade son caract\u00e8re grill\u00e9 : halloumi grill\u00e9 et p\u00eaches grill\u00e9es. En fait, je pourrais passer toute la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 me gaver de ces deux ingr\u00e9dients, mais ce serait g\u00e2cher cette d\u00e9licieuse salade. Combin\u00e9e \u00e0 un lit de salade d\u00e9licieusement sauvage, cette salade ne rassasie pas seulement vraiment, elle rend aussi m\u00e9ga heureux !
