Parfois, je m&rsquo;en rends compte moi-m\u00eame et parfois, on me dit poliment de sourire ou d&rsquo;arr\u00eater de me cogner la t\u00eate contre quelque chose. La perspective de manger <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du houmous<\/a> peut normaliser mon comportement. Et s&rsquo;il est accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une belle garniture, comme du chou-fleur grill\u00e9 et de la sauce amba fruit\u00e9e, il se peut que je sourie \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-houmous-x-chou-fleur-x-amba\">Houmous x Chou-fleur x Amba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur une bonne table de mezze, il y a toujours une assiette bien remplie de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/l\u00e9gumes-frits-makali\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">makali<\/a>. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumes frits. Le chou-fleur ne doit en aucun cas manquer. Et comme j&rsquo;aime personnellement passer d&rsquo;une assiette \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre et tremper mon pain pita directement dans tous les petits bols, cela donne parfois des combinaisons tr\u00e8s savoureuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La combinaison de l&rsquo;houmous cr\u00e9meux, des ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s du chou et de la note fruit\u00e9e de l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/amba-sauce-mangue-levantine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">amba<\/a> m&rsquo;a permis de m&rsquo;arr\u00eater un instant dans mon move alimentaire de moissonneuse-batteuse : \u00ab\u00a0Oh, il faut absolument que je mette \u00e7a sur le blog\u00a0\u00bb !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et c&rsquo;est ainsi que j&rsquo;ai confectionn\u00e9 cette d\u00e9licieuse cr\u00e9ation, \u00e0 laquelle j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 quelques oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s au sumac et des amandes hach\u00e9es. Le tout est garni de persil frais, d&rsquo;un peu de s\u00e9same et de cumin noir. J&rsquo;ai fait griller le chou-fleur au four pour r\u00e9duire la graisse. Mais tu peux bien s\u00fbr aussi faire frire le chou \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La recette est pour 4 personnes en plat principal ou pour 8 personnes en
