Mais comme je chante comme un coq mourant et que je n&rsquo;ai pas encore r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 \u00e9crire des chansons, je te laisse le plaisir de le faire. Balilah est un plat qui m\u00e9rite absolument sa propre chanson ! Un bon mezze ne peut pas se passer de la salade de pois chiches servie chaude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-balilah-quelques-ingredients-suffisent-pour-une-grande-explosion-de-saveurs\">Balilah : quelques ingr\u00e9dients suffisent pour une grande explosion de saveurs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour de nombreux plats de la cuisine levantine, il suffit d&rsquo;une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients, mais la bonne combinaison donne un spectacle de saveurs absolument d\u00e9jant\u00e9. Pour la balilah, tu n&rsquo;as besoin que de pois chiches, de citron, de persil, d&rsquo;oignons de printemps, de pignons de pin et d&rsquo;un petit flot d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive de qualit\u00e9. Le citron est utilis\u00e9 dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9, m\u00eame le zeste. Ainsi, avec un seul ingr\u00e9dient, tu apportes toute une palette de saveurs d&rsquo;agrumes \u00e0 ta salade. Le jus de citron apporte l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire. Le zeste de citron, quant \u00e0 lui, donne \u00e0 Balilah le parfum d&rsquo;une plantation de citrons et une note am\u00e8re vraiment agr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant que tu ne qualifies cette salade de \u00ab\u00a0Fifty shades of lemon\u00a0\u00bb, tu dois savoir que les pois chiches sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s deux fois. Une petite partie des pois chiches encore chauds est \u00e9cras\u00e9e avec de l&rsquo;ail, tandis que le reste est ajout\u00e9 en entier. Cela donne \u00e0 la salade chaude une onctuosit\u00e9 absolument d\u00e9licieuse. Et lorsque tu tomberas sur les pignons de pin grill\u00e9s, tu remarqueras certainement \u00e0 quel point la balilah est riche en facettes. L&rsquo;\u00e9pice de choix est d&rsquo;ailleurs ici le cumin. En fait, je peux tr\u00e8s bien en manger \u00e0 sati\u00e9t\u00e9 sans en \u00eatre rassasi\u00e9 \ud83d\ude09 Tu peux aussi verser la salade de pois chiches chaude dans de petits bols et la servir
