Parfois, c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bon, parfois vraiment bon. \u00c0 D\u00fcsseldorf, j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 un glacier qui me propose une glace \u00e0 la pistache presque parfaite &#8211; presque parce que je ne l&rsquo;ai pas faite moi-m\u00eame &#8211; haha ! Et pourtant, <strong>faire sa propre glace<\/strong> est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple et rapide !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire sa propre glace : Le bilan doit \u00eatre bon !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire sa propre glace n&rsquo;est pas vraiment un probl\u00e8me. Une fois que l&rsquo;on a trouv\u00e9 sa recette de base personnelle, on peut facilement la varier \u00e0 volont\u00e9 et faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est ainsi que j&rsquo;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 ma glace \u00e0 la pistache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que je ne savais pas auparavant, c&rsquo;est que pour obtenir une glace vraiment bonne, il faut ce que l&rsquo;on appelle un \u00ab\u00a0bilan de glace\u00a0\u00bb. Je ne veux pas compliquer inutilement les choses et je peux te dire en gros qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de la composition parfaite de tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit alors de questions telles que \u00ab\u00a0combien de sucre dois-je utiliser\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0combien de cr\u00e8me ? Si tout s&rsquo;accorde, tu as non seulement fait une bonne glace \u00e0 la pistache, mais tu as aussi obtenu une consistance vraiment cr\u00e9meuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La pleine puissance du go\u00fbt de la pistache !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement important pour moi, en plus de l&rsquo;onctuosit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est la pleine saveur des pistaches. Pour cela, je ne me suis pas content\u00e9e de moudre une poign\u00e9e de pistaches et de les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la masse de glace compos\u00e9e de lait entier, de cr\u00e8me, de jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et de sucre. Au lieu de cela, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour une <strong>pur\u00e9e de pist<\/strong> aches vraiment fine pour ma glace \u00e0 la pistache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, la pur\u00e9e de pistaches n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment l&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient le moins cher. Apr\u00e8s tout, une bonne pur\u00e9e de pistaches est obtenue \u00e0 partir de 100% de pistaches et celles-ci ne sont pas bon march\u00e9. Mais je peux vraiment te dire que cela en vaut la peine ! Le go\u00fbt est incroyablement d\u00e9licieux et intense !
