Le <strong>couscous perl\u00e9 au fromage<\/strong>, bien s\u00fbr ! Avec cette recette, tu n&rsquo;auras pas seulement une pleine charge de fromage avec le couscous perl\u00e9, mais aussi quelques boulettes <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de kafta<\/a> hach\u00e9es juteuses cuites au four et m\u00eame un beurre au piment sur le dessus !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du couscous perl\u00e9 au lieu des macaronis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans parler de la d\u00e9licieuse sauce cr\u00e9meuse avec beaucoup de fromage et de beurre, le perlcouscous est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience gustative en soi. Les petites boules rondes ont une sensation tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8re dans la bouche et rendent le plat vraiment passionnant. C&rsquo;est comme si de nombreuses petites billes venaient chatouiller ta langue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le couscous perl\u00e9, comme tout autre couscous, est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s comme des p\u00e2tes. \u00c0 partir de semoule de bl\u00e9 dur et d&rsquo;eau, ces boules sont roul\u00e9es ou r\u00e2p\u00e9es dans des granulom\u00e9tries tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes, puis s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. Ainsi, tu peux aussi faire cuire le couscous perl\u00e9 dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e, tout simplement comme des p\u00e2tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une charge de fromage, s&rsquo;il vous pla\u00eet !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le couscous perl\u00e9 au fromage n&rsquo;est pas seulement accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une bonne dose de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, mais aussi d&rsquo;une bonne portion de beurre. Je sais que ce n&rsquo;est pas un plat que l&rsquo;on consomme pendant un r\u00e9gime, mais parfois, il y a des jours o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on a besoin d&rsquo;une bonne portion de fromage et de <strong>comfort fo<\/strong>od !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le couscous au fromage, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour du pecorino \u00e9pic\u00e9 et je me suis beaucoup inspir\u00e9 du classique italien <strong>Cacio e Pepe<\/strong>. J&rsquo;y ai ajout\u00e9 la portion de beurre en question et un peu d&rsquo;eau de cuisson du couscous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rien que \u00e7a, c&rsquo;est une divine symphonie de fromages, mais il y a encore quelque chose en plus !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des boulettes de viande sur des p\u00e2tes au fromage !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le perlcousc au fromage est accompagn\u00e9 de <strong>boulettes de viande<\/strong> juteuses cuites au four. Pour cela, j&rsquo;ai simplement pris la p\u00e2te du kebab levantin classique appel\u00e9 <strong>kafta<\/strong>, je l&rsquo;ai fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e en boulettes et je l&rsquo;ai simplement mise au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kafta<\/a> ne contient pas seulement du hachis, mais aussi une bonne dose de persil, d&rsquo;oignon et une pinc\u00e9e de cannelle. Cela rend les boulettes de viande particuli\u00e8rement aromatiques et donne au couscous perl\u00e9 au fromage une autre dimension gustative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si tu souhaites que le plat soit v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, tu peux bien s\u00fbr renoncer aux boulettes de viande ou utiliser du hachis v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<\/strong> Sois simplement cr\u00e9atif !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beurre au chili pour couronner le couscous perl\u00e9 au fromage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour compl\u00e9ter l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience du couscous perl\u00e9 au fromage, je te conseille de r\u00e9partir le beurre au piment sur les boulettes de viande et les boulettes de cosucous. Cela donnera encore plus de punch !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et lorsque tu as termin\u00e9, tu peux bien s\u00fbr r\u00e2per autant de fromage que tu veux sur ton assiette, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que quelqu&rsquo;un dise stop.
