MAIS, je l&rsquo;ai \u00ab\u00a0levantis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Fais-toi une raison, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 une recette. Mais tant que cela sert le bon go\u00fbt, cela m&rsquo;est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e9gal. \ud83d\ude1b En outre, j&rsquo;ai ainsi appris que les betteraves rouges et les pistaches se marient \u00e0 merveille. Le carpaccio de betteraves rouges est tout simplement une entr\u00e9e incroyablement d\u00e9licieuse et peut tr\u00e8s volontiers avoir une place sur ma <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/cat\u00e9gorie\/mezze-rezepte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">table de mezze<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-carpaccio-different\">Un carpaccio diff\u00e9rent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le go\u00fbt terreux de la betterave rouge s&rsquo;harmonise si bien avec les pistaches que j&rsquo;ai voulu en extraire encore un peu plus de saveur. Au lieu de mon huile d&rsquo;olive pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 cette fois-ci de l&rsquo;huile de pistache. Et cela convient parfaitement ! Love it&#8230;. Loooove it !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors&#8230; qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;il y a d&rsquo;autre dedans ? Outre les betteraves rouges et les pistaches hach\u00e9es, le carpaccio v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien s&rsquo;harmonise avec un peu de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9, quelques gouttes de jus de citron, une pinc\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m\u00eame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&rsquo;atar<\/a> et de la feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e. Si par hasard tu as une \u00e9picerie levantine pr\u00e8s de chez toi, tu peux voir si tu peux trouver du fromage de Schanklisch ou m\u00eame du vrai fromage Akkawi \u00e0 la place de la feta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette est vraiment super simple et se fait en un clin d&rsquo;\u0153il. Servez le carpaccio de betteraves rouges par exemple avec <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du pain pita<\/a> frais, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du houmous<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\"
