Bien s\u00fbr, tu peux aussi m\u00e9langer la gel\u00e9e de fruits \u00e0 ton yaourt ou l&rsquo;utiliser pour affiner tes g\u00e2teaux. Mais pour moi, elle est meilleure le matin sur un croissant beurr\u00e9 ou un <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kaak-pain-de-rue-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kaak<\/a> fra\u00eechement cuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gelee-de-grenade-et-de-framboise-les-saveurs-du-levant-dans-un-verre\">Gel\u00e9e de grenade et de framboise &#8211; les saveurs du Levant dans un verre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les p\u00e9pins de grenade<\/strong> ne sont pas seulement beaux, ils ont aussi un go\u00fbt d\u00e9licieusement acidul\u00e9 et sucr\u00e9. Tandis que les graines rouges rehaussent l&rsquo;aspect de certains plats, comme la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/salade-de-bulgur-au-zaatar-et-\u00e0-la-grenade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salade de boulgour<\/a>, tu peux faire un <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/th\u00e9-glac\u00e9-\u00e0-la-grenade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">th\u00e9 glac\u00e9 rafra\u00eechissant \u00e0 la grenade<\/a> avec le <strong>jus de gren<\/strong> ade ou une gel\u00e9e fruit\u00e9e de grenade et de framboise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et la bonne nouvelle, c&rsquo;est que pour cette <strong>recette simple<\/strong>, tu n&rsquo;as PAS besoin d&rsquo;\u00e9plucher la grenade. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9 toutes les techniques d&rsquo;\u00e9pluchage &#8211; aucune ne m&rsquo;a convaincue jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;autant plus agr\u00e9able que tu n&rsquo;as besoin que du jus pour la gel\u00e9e. Soit tu ach\u00e8tes des grenades fra\u00eechement press\u00e9es, soit tu te procures quelques grenades que tu presses toi-m\u00eame &#8211; et c&rsquo;est vraiment facile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une <strong>gel\u00e9e de grenade<\/strong> pure \u00e9tait un peu trop ennuyeuse pour moi et comme j&rsquo;avais encore quelques framboises dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, elles ont \u00e9galement atterri dans la casserole. Et pour parfaire le go\u00fbt de la gel\u00e9e, il ne faut pas oublier d&rsquo;ajouter quelques gouttes <strong>d&rsquo;eau de rose<\/strong>. Traditionnellement, un soup\u00e7on <strong>de vanille<\/strong> et un filet <strong>de jus de citron<\/strong> sont \u00e9galement ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 la masse, qui est port\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avec une bonne dose de sucre g\u00e9lifiant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confiture ou gel\u00e9e &#8211; avec ou sans morceaux ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment pr\u00e9f\u00e8res-tu manger ta p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner sucr\u00e9e ? Pr\u00e9f\u00e8res-tu quelques morceaux \u00e0 m\u00e2cher ou plut\u00f4t une gel\u00e9e qui fond sur la langue ? Chez moi, c&rsquo;est diff\u00e9rent. Je n&rsquo;aime pas les p\u00e9pins, c&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;ai fait bouillir les framboises et les ai pass\u00e9es au tamis fin. Tu peux faire de m\u00eame. Si les p\u00e9pins ne te d\u00e9rangent pas, tu peux t&rsquo;\u00e9pargner cette \u00e9tape et ta gel\u00e9e de grenade et de framboise sera encore plus vite pr\u00eate !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement des diff\u00e9rences de consistance. Tu dois faire bouillir ta gel\u00e9e \u00e0 gros bouillons pendant au moins une minute. Plus le temps de cuisson est long, plus la consistance sera ferme. Tu peux aussi la tester de temps en temps en versant une cuill\u00e8re du liquide fr\u00e9missant sur une assiette &#8211; si elle devient \u00e9paisse et ferme apr\u00e8s un moment, elle est pr\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essaie absolument cette recette &#8211; et comme je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit : la gel\u00e9e de grenade et de framboise est meilleure avec un croissant beurr\u00e9 et quelques <strong>pistaches<\/strong> hach\u00e9es.
