J&rsquo;ai toujours aim\u00e9 les \u00e9pinards et j&rsquo;ai donc d\u00fb \u00eatre un enfant plut\u00f4t inhabituel. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, en toute honn\u00eatet\u00e9, je n&rsquo;arrive toujours pas \u00e0 comprendre pourquoi tant d&rsquo;enfants ont soi-disant une aversion pour ce l\u00e9gume divin. Pourtant, on peut en faire des choses incroyablement d\u00e9licieuses. On peut non seulement utiliser les \u00e9pinards en rago\u00fbt, mais aussi les mettre dans des <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/chaussons-aux-%c3%a9pinards-fatayer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">raviolis<\/a> avec de la feta ou en faire une <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/shakshuka-verts-aux-%c3%a9pinards\/gruene-spinat-shakshuka-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shakshuka verte<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuisine maison levantine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant, quand je sortais de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, \u00e7a sentait parfois&#8230; <strong>rien<\/strong>. Catastrophique, ne va pas du tout, une impudence absolue. (Je me jetais alors imm\u00e9diatement sur les r\u00e9serves de notre petit stock de chocolat, qui \u00e9tait toujours bien rempli). On ne fait pas attendre un enfant affam\u00e9 qui vient de passer trois heures \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole (j&rsquo;\u00e9tais une diva quand j&rsquo;avais faim&#8230; je le suis toujours). Mais comme par magie, environ 30 minutes plus tard, un d\u00e9licieux <strong>rago\u00fbt d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards<\/strong> \u00e9tait sur la table. Ma m\u00e8re est rapide en cuisine, mais le yakhnet sabanegh est effectivement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en un rien de temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pot\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards selon la recette de maman<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Yakhnet Sabanegh<\/em> se traduit tout simplement par \u00ab\u00a0<em>rago\u00fbt d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Dans ma famille, il y a <strong>deux<\/strong> <strong>recettes<\/strong> diff\u00e9rentes pour cela. Ma m\u00e8re supprime la viande, ce qui rend le plat imm\u00e9diatement <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/strong>. Et elle le trouve sur la table en <strong>30 minutes<\/strong>! Donc, si tu veux pr\u00e9parer le rago\u00fbt de mani\u00e8re v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne, augmente la quantit\u00e9 de pignons de pin pour obtenir un croustillant suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et la variante \u00e0 la grand-m\u00e8re<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pris la recette de ma grand-m\u00e8re et j&rsquo;utilise aussi un peu de <strong>b\u0153uf hach\u00e9<\/strong>, ce qui donne \u00e0 la pot\u00e9e aux \u00e9pinards un caract\u00e8re plus fort et plus savoureux. Mais ce qui ne doit en aucun cas manquer ici non plus, ce sont les pignons de pin fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9s!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/images.surferseo.art\/43adae93-04e6-4d07-bb3e-56c523f5906a.jpeg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9pinards : frais ou congel\u00e9s?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, j&rsquo;aime beaucoup utiliser des \u00e9pinards frais et jeunes dans les salades. Pour le rago\u00fbt, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re opter pour la version <strong>surgel\u00e9e<\/strong>. Les \u00e9pinards sont lav\u00e9s et congel\u00e9s imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9colte. La plupart des nutriments restent donc dans les l\u00e9gumes. De plus, les \u00e9pinards sont alors d\u00e9j\u00e0 hach\u00e9s, ce qui est pratique, et je peux les utiliser directement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour le rago\u00fbt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9parer ce rago\u00fbt d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards aromatique, tu as besoin des ingr\u00e9dients suivants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Epinards hach\u00e9s, surgel\u00e9s (ou b\u00e9b\u00e9s \u00e9pinards frais)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u0153uf hach\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bouillon de l\u00e9gumes (poudre d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9e ou frais en bocal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ail (frais ou en p\u00e2te)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/36Vq6LL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Citron, non trait\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pignons de pin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coriandre, moulue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;il y a en plus?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour servir, je recommande du riz au beurre ou du boulgour. Au Liban, on mange le yakhnet sabanekh inclus. D&rsquo;ailleurs, le riz ne se mange pas avec des couverts, mais il avale tout avec du <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain pita<\/a> frais. Tu peux donc bien s\u00fbr servir du pain pita frais avec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voici comment pr\u00e9parer facilement le plat d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hacher l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire revenir le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la coriandre et les \u00e9pinards et mouiller avec le bouillon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le jus de citron au rago\u00fbt et laisser mijoter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire griller les pignons de pin et les ajouter dans la casserole.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer du riz au beurre ou une garniture au choix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir la pot\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards avec du riz au beurre et, si vous le souhaitez, des quartiers de citron.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conseils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour une version <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong> du plat, il suffit de supprimer la viande ou de la remplacer par des <strong>pois chiches<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilise des <strong>\u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s<\/strong>! Tu peux bien s\u00fbr aussi utiliser des \u00e9pinards frais, mais la pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9pinards prendrait plus de temps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour faire griller les pignons de pin, utilise une <strong>po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive<\/strong> et ne mets pas d&rsquo;huile. En chauffant les graines, leurs propres graisses se dissolvent et elles deviennent bien beurr\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le rago\u00fbt d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards est d&rsquo;ailleurs un vrai <strong>rago\u00fbt d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>! En effet, le jus de citron conf\u00e8re au plat une d\u00e9licieuse fra\u00eecheur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuisiner rapidement &amp; facilement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant, tu sais tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut savoir pour r\u00e9aliser facilement ma <strong>recette familiale<\/strong>.
