Et en plus, la sauce tahini est si simple et rapide \u00e0 faire soi-m\u00eame que tu peux te passer des sauces emball\u00e9es du supermarch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Asperges blanches au four<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pense que les asperges blanches ne doivent en aucun cas \u00eatre cuites, \u00e0 moins de vouloir les transformer en une soupe cr\u00e9meuse. Je veux garder le bon go\u00fbt des asperges aussi intense que possible et ne pas les diluer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi je te conseille de faire cuire les asperges au four dans leur propre jus avec quelques gouttes d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et un peu de sel et de sucre. C&rsquo;est en outre super facile \u00e0 faire et tu peux t&rsquo;occuper des autres composants pendant ce temps. Apr\u00e8s tout, nous voulons des asperges avec <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sauce-tahini-la-recette-de-base\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sauce tahini<\/a><\/strong> servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la cuisson, tu peux d&rsquo;ailleurs recouvrir les asperges d&rsquo;une feuille d&rsquo;aluminium si tu ne veux pas que les tiges prennent de la couleur. Mais personnellement, j&rsquo;adore les ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s et je ne mets pas de papier d&rsquo;aluminium &#8211; cela a deux avantages pour moi : Plus de go\u00fbt et moins de d\u00e9chets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De la sauce tahini au lieu de la sauce hollandaise !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que les asperges cuisent au four, je m&rsquo;occupe de la sauce cr\u00e9meuse. Pour cela, il me suffit d&rsquo;\u00e9craser un peu d&rsquo;ail et de le m\u00e9langer avec du tahini, du jus de citron et de l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On y ajoute ensuite du persil hach\u00e9 ainsi que du sel et du poivre. La sauce tahini est un classique absolu au Levant, que l&rsquo;on peut parfaitement servir avec du poisson, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/l\u00e9gumes-frits-makali\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des l\u00e9gumes frits<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des boulettes de kafta<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des falafels<\/a>. Et le mieux, c&rsquo;est que la sauce est pr\u00eate en moins de cinq minutes !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu vois : les composants sont vraiment rapides et faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Pendant que les asperges cuisent et que la sauce tahini est pr\u00eate, il ne me reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire cuire les pommes de terre (j&rsquo;adore les pommes de terre vapeur !) et \u00e0 griller les amandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les asperges sont servies avec une sauce tahini, je rajoute des amandes fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9es sur le dessus pour une texture croquante et quelques herbes pour une portion de fra\u00eecheur suppl\u00e9mentaire. Quoi de mieux que le persil et la menthe ?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Asperges \u00e0 la sauce tahin &#8211; d\u00e9licieuses, cr\u00e9meuses et m\u00eame v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 mon avis, les asperges \u00e0 la sauce tahini ne sont pas seulement une alternative v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne d\u00e9daigneuse au classique \u00e0 la sauce hollandaise ! Pour moi, ce plat est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable concurrent et un classique moderne par-dessus le march\u00e9 ! D&rsquo;accord, je sais que je m&rsquo;avance beaucoup, mais go\u00fbte-le toi-m\u00eame !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les asperges \u00e0 la sauce tahini et aux herbes fra\u00eeches sont d\u00e9licieusement fra\u00eeches et cr\u00e9meuses \u00e0 la fois.
