Je vous ai demand\u00e9 dans les stories d&rsquo;Instagram si vous vouliez d\u00e9velopper une recette avec moi. Vous avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que la recette devait en tout cas \u00eatre un plat principal v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien. Tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tement, votre briefing \u00e9tait le suivant : \u00ab\u00a0Un plat principal v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, frais, avec une consistance \u00ab\u00a0croquante\u00a0\u00bb et de beaux ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s. Le za&rsquo;atar doit jouer un r\u00f4le et le persil ne doit pas manquer non plus. Un certain croustillant ne doit pas manquer\u00a0\u00bb. J&rsquo;ai pris votre briefing et il en r\u00e9sulte cette galette incroyablement d\u00e9licieuse avec du labneh, des tomates et des aubergines. Le fond est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e d\u00e9licieusement beurr\u00e9e avec du <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m\u00eame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&rsquo;atar<\/a>, le tout accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une cr\u00e8me verte au persil et tahini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ouah-c-etait-amusant\">Ouah ! C&rsquo;\u00e9tait amusant !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je dois dire que cette exp\u00e9rience Instagram m&rsquo;a vraiment beaucoup plu. J&rsquo;envisage m\u00eame de bloguer chaque mois une recette cr\u00e9\u00e9e sp\u00e9cialement avec vous. Pour ainsi dire \u00ab\u00a0De la communaut\u00e9, pour la communaut\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement pris beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 prendre en compte vos souhaits, \u00e0 faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper cette d\u00e9licieuse recette de galette. Vous avez vraiment bon go\u00fbt ! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-galette-aux-saveurs-du-levant\">Galette aux saveurs du Levant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une galette classique est une cr\u00eape bretonne savoureusement fourr\u00e9e \u00e0 base de p\u00e2te de sarrasin, dont les bords sont repli\u00e9s. Comme pour toutes les recettes, il existe de nombreuses variantes. Personnellement, j&rsquo;adore la variante avec une p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e beurr\u00e9e. J&rsquo;ai donc r\u00e9interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 ce classique pour vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je crois que j&rsquo;ai un peu \u00e9tir\u00e9 le mot \u00ab\u00a0croquant\u00a0\u00bb et que je l&rsquo;ai transform\u00e9 en \u00ab\u00a0friable\u00a0\u00bb. J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que vous me le pardonnerez. Mais la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e avec une bonne portion de za&rsquo;atar est quand m\u00eame bonne et friable \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La base est le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">labneh<\/a> fra\u00eechement pr\u00e9par\u00e9, \u00e9tal\u00e9 sur la p\u00e2te et ensuite recouvert d&rsquo;oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s et d&rsquo;ail. On y ajoute ensuite des tomates fruit\u00e9es et des aubergines frites. La galette peut ensuite \u00eatre mise au four. L&rsquo;odeur qui envahit alors la cuisine est envo\u00fbtante !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-creme-de-tahini-verte\">Cr\u00e8me de tahini verte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que la galette dispara\u00eet dans le four pendant environ 50 minutes, il est temps de pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me de tahini verte avec beaucoup de persil. La cr\u00e8me est super facile et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Il suffit de m\u00e9langer le persil, un peu de jus de citron, de l&rsquo;eau et du tahini et de mixer le tout. C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat ! Super facile et bien fra\u00eeche, la cr\u00e8me se marie bien avec les d\u00e9licieux ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s de la galette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais comme vous souhaitiez aussi un peu de croustillant, vous ajoutez des noix grill\u00e9es par-dessus. J&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour des amandes grill\u00e9es, mais tu peux aussi utiliser des pignons, des noix ou des noisettes. Ou tout simplement toutes les&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 respecter vos consignes et que la galette vous pla\u00eet autant qu&rsquo;\u00e0 moi.
